Abstract:In order to clarify the effect of different soil pH on the Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, Osmotic adjustment substance and Antioxidant enzyme of blueberry leaves, this paper used the three-year-old blueberry of ‘Northland’、‘Sierra’、‘Berkeley’and‘Duke’seeding as the text materials. The results showed that with the increasing of soil pH The four species maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) and electron transfer efficiency (ETR) showed a change trend of firstly rised and then decreased, rise to maximum under soil conditions of pH 4.8; and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) is firstly decreased and then rised, Soil conditions at pH 4.8 fall to a minimum; The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline of osmotic adjustment substance firstly decreased and then rised with the increase of soil pH, and the content was lowest under soil conditions of pH 4.8;With the increase of soil pH, the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD and CAT showed a trend of firstly rised and then decreased, and the activity was highest under soil conditions of pH 4.8, The POD activity showed a trend of "W" type, and the activity was higher under the soil condition of pH 4.8. In summary, under the soil condition of pH 4.8, the physiological indexes of the four varieties of blueberries are at a good level, which is most suitable for the growth of blueberries.
