    通过对自然越冬期不同品种软枣猕猴桃的组织解剖结构、膜透性及内源激素等方面的差异进行比较,探讨软枣猕猴桃对低温的适应能力,以期为软枣猕猴桃抗寒品种的选育及鉴别提供理论参考。试验以5a生软枣猕猴桃品种‘魁绿’、‘丰绿’和‘96-6’为试验材料,测定越冬期间枝条组织解剖结构、细胞膜透性和内源激素GA3、ABA、IAA的变化情况,旨在确定不同品种软枣猕猴桃越冬期间低温的适应能力及其内在的机理。(1)木质部比率由大到小依次为:‘魁绿’、‘96-6’、‘丰绿’,皮层比率依次为‘丰绿’、96-6’、魁绿’,二者趋势相反,‘魁绿’的解剖结构与其他两品种差异显著。(2)在试验期间,供试软枣猕猴桃相对电导率和MDA含量随温度变化均呈先升后降的趋势,在温度最低的1月份达到最高,其中‘魁绿’相对电导率和MDA含量变化幅度最小,而‘丰绿’受低温影响较大。(3)在11月份至1月份,随自然温度下降,GA3和IAA含量均逐渐下降,ABA含量逐渐升高,从1月份至2月份,随着温度的逐渐回升三个品种软枣猕桃的IAA、GA3含量逐渐增加,ABA含量逐渐降低,且在1月份分别达到最高或最低值。低温对3个软枣猕猴桃品种的组织解剖结构、膜透性及内源激素均都造成较大的影响,与‘丰绿’和‘96-6’相比,‘魁绿’的抗寒性较强。

    Abstract:

    By comparing the differences in tissue anatomy, membrane permeability and endogenous hormones of different varieties of soft jujube Actinidia Arguta during natural wintering, the adaptability of soft jujube Actinidia Arguta to low temperature was discussed.To provide a theoretical reference for the breeding and identification of cold-resistant varieties of soft jujube Actinidia Arguta . The experimental materials of 5a raw soft jujube Actinidia Arguta varieties "Quilv", "Fenglv" and "96-6" were used to determine the anatomical structure, cell membrane permeability and endogenous hormones GA3,ABA and IAA during wintering. Change,The aim is to determine the adaptability of the different varieties of soft jujube kiwi during cold winter and its intrinsic mechanism.【Results】(1) The ratio of xylem from large to small is: "Quilv", "96-6", "Fenglv", and the cortical ratio is "Fenglu", 96-6", Kuilu", and The opposite trend is that the " Quilv " anatomy is significantly different from the other two varieties. (2) During the test period, the relative conductivity and MDA content of the soft jujube Actinidia Arguta increased first and then decreased with temperature, and reached the highest in the lowest temperature in January.Among them, " Quilv " has the smallest change in relative conductivity and MDA content, while ‘Fenglv’ is greatly affected by low temperature. (3) With the decrease of natural temperature, the content of GA3 and IAA decreased gradually from November to January, and the ABA content gradually increased;From January to February, with the gradual increase of temperature, the content of IAA and GA3 of three varieties of soft jujube nectarine increased gradually, and the ABA content decreased gradually, and reached the highest or lowest value in January. The low temperature has a great influence on the tissue anatomy, membrane permeability and endogenous hormones of three soft jujube Actinidia Arguta varieties. Compared with "Fenglv" and "96-6", " Quilv " Strong cold resistance.
