统计麻黄属属下名称33个，其中包括13个合法名称，19个不合格发表的名称和1个晚出同名。
Abstract:
Thirty three infrageneric names of Ephedra L. were reviewed.It is found that only 13 names are legitimate among the 33 infrageneric names of Ephedra,other 20 names include 19 invalid names and 1 later homonym.
