    为揭示寒旱区冰封期富营养化湖泊水体中浮游植物群落结构及与环境因子的响应关系,以乌梁素海为对象,于2019年1月在湖区设立15个采样点采集水样及浮游植物,通过对浮游植物定性定量检测和水体理化性质测定,分析了冰封期乌梁素海浮游植物群落结构空间变化特征及主要环境因子的分布规律;结合RDA分析和Pearson相关性分析揭示了浮游植物与环境因子的响应关系。结果表明:冰封期乌梁素海浮游植物中甲藻门和隐藻门的生物量最高,湖区不同位置占优势的浮游植物类群有所差异。TP是影响浮游植物物种丰度和生物量的主要环境因子。冰封期乌梁素海处于中营养水平。通过上述研究,丰富了对富营养化湖泊浮游植物分布特征的认识,为来年水体富营养化程度评估及防控提供一定的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    To examine the relationship between phytoplankton and environmental factors during ice-sealed period in cold and arid regions, 15 sampling sites were set up in Lake Ulansuhai in January 2019.The structure characteristics of phytoplankton community and its related environmental factors were monitored. Pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis were carried out respectively to reveal the response of phytoplankton assemblages to environmental factors. The results showed that the winter season was characterized by the highest contribution of Pyrrophyta and Cryptophyta. The dominant phytoplankton groups in the different lake regions were varied. TheScontentSofStotalSphosphorus is the key environmental factor that affected the abundance and biomass of phytoplankton. The Lake Ulansuhai was at medium nutrient level in the period of the ice-sealed. This study enriched our understanding of the distribution characteristics of phytoplankton in eutrophic lakes, and provided an important guiding significance for evaluation and ecologicial remediation of water eutrophication.
