    以温宿县和叶城县‘温185’为研究对象,研究不同采样期核桃果实品质和青果开裂率变化规律,确定?‘温185’在温宿县和叶城县的适宜采样期。结果表明:(1)温宿县和叶城县‘温185’随采收期推迟鲜果三径均值、坚果三径均值、坚果单重、出仁率和径仁率逐渐增加,在采收期Ⅶ趋于稳定,含水率和壳厚逐渐减小。青果颜色由深绿色逐渐转变为黄绿色且表面绒毛减少,自采收期Ⅱ果实出现青皮(总苞)开裂,至采收期Ⅶ果实青皮开裂率分别达到65%、75%左右。核仁种皮颜色由浅白色逐渐转变为乳白、黄白和黄色至采收期Ⅶ的浅黄褐色,核仁颜色由乳白色逐渐转变为黄白色,核仁趋向饱满。(2)温宿县和叶城县‘温185’在采样期Ⅰ至Ⅵ核仁脂肪含量迅速积累,此时是果实脂肪积累的关键时期。蛋白质、维生素C和Zn呈逐渐增加,可溶性糖呈升高、降低、升高,K和Ca呈降低后显著上升,在采收期Ⅶ趋于稳定。(3)综合评价温宿县??‘温185’在采收期Ⅵ,叶城县??‘温185’在采收期Ⅶ综合评价得分最高,并明确青果开裂率与核桃品质关系,青果开裂率越大,果实越大、内在营养物质含量越高,果实青皮开裂率可作为判断温宿县和叶城县的??‘温185’和?‘新新2号’进入适宜采收期的重要依据。温宿县‘温185’在青果开裂率达到65%左右,叶城县‘温185’在75%左右开始进入适宜采收期。

    Abstract:

    Taking J.regia "Wen 185" in Wensu County and Yecheng County as the research objects, the change law of walnut fruit quality and green fruit cracking rate in different sampling periods was studied, and the suitable sampling period of "Wen 185" in Wensu County and Yecheng County was determined.The result shows:(1)With the delay of the harvesting time of J.regia "Wen 185" The rate and shell thickness gradually increased, tends to be stable during harvest VII, water content and shell thickness gradually decrease in Wensu and Yecheng County. The green fruit color gradually changed from dark green to yellow-green and the surface fluff was reduced, the green skin (involucral bud) cracked on the fruits from the harvesting stage II, and the cracking rate of the green skin of the fruits in the harvesting stage VII reached about 65% and 75% respectively. The color of the seed coat of the nucleolus gradually changes from light white to milky white, yellow white and yellow to light yellow brown at the harvesting stage VII, The color of the nucleolus gradually changed from milky white to yellowish white, and the nucleolus tended to be plump. (2)The nucleolar fat content of Wensu and Yecheng County J.regia "Wen 185" accumulated rapidly during sampling period I to VI, this is a critical period for fruit fat accumulation. Protein, vitamin C and Zn increased gradually, soluble sugar increased, decreased, increased, K and Ca decreased and then increased significantly, and tended to be stable during harvest period VII.(3)Comprehensive evaluation Wensu County J.regia "Wen 185"had the highest comprehensive evaluation score in the harvesting time VI, and Yecheng County J.regia "Wen 185" had the highest comprehensive evaluation score in the harvesting time VII, and the relationship between green fruit cracking rate and walnut quality is clarified. the cracking rate of the green peel of the fruit can be used as an important basis for judging that the J.regia "Wen 185" in Wensu and Yecheng County have entered the suitable harvesting time. The green fruit cracking rate of J.regia "Wen 185" in Wensu reached about 65%, and J.regia "Wen 185" in Yecheng County began to enter the suitable harvesting time at about 75%.
