Perrottetia racemosa (Oliv.) Loes. is reported here as a new record to Shaanxi Province, added 1 new record family, Dipentodontaceae, and 1 new record genus, Perrottetia Kunth, to the seed flora of Shaanxi Province. The background of this family was introduced, photos of this species were provided, and the habitat characteristics of this species were briefly analyzed. The voucher specimens were deposited in herbarium of Shandong Forest and Grass Germplasm Resource Center (SDFGR) and Herebarium of Xi"an Botanical Garden, Shaanxi Province (XBGH).
