In this papper,the endogenous IAA and Zeatin were analysised by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatograph);Quantiative deter- minations of DNA,RNA and protein were made at the same time, It was found that ZT/IAA changed obviously,so did RNA/DNA and RNA.T
