Abstract:
The Plasma Membranes (PM) of maize young leaves growth zone were isolated by the method of two phase partition.The results showed that the best composition of two phase system which isolated PM was:Dextran T500 6.2%,PEG 4000 6.2%,K phosphate buffer pH 7.
