The four upland cottons,which were cultivars of Junmian 1,Simian 2,Mianhua 2234 and Zhongmian 12,had been cultured for 5 days in the condition kill bacterium.Then their root,lower plmular axis and cotyledon were inoculated on the culture mediums containin
