Abstract:
Adventitious buds were regenerated from petiole of pear cv.'Bayuehong'and 'Suisho'.Adventitious buds were formed from calluses.The optimal medium for petiole regeneration was NN69+IBA 0.5 mg/L(Bayuehong) or IAA 0.5 mg/L(Suisho)+TDZ 1.0 mg/L+Sucrose 30 g/L
