The randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was used in analyzing 12 population genetics of Taxus mairei distributed in Guangdong,Hunan and Jiangxi provinces.Ten arbitrary primers selected from one hundred primers were used to amplify 86 bands
