In this paper,the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Caragana microphylla Lam. segments were studied.The results showed that MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+IAA 0.01 mg/L is the best fitting optimum medium for inducing bud,1/2 MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L best fitting for rootin
