Puccinellia tenuiflora cDNA was labeled with fluorescence dyes Cy5-dCPT and Cy3-dCPT to form a probe by means of reverse transcription and then hybridized with gene chips carrying Puccinellia tenuiflora genes so as to study the gene expressions of Puccine
