Based on the reported amino acid sequence of buckwheat trypsin inhibitor(BTI) and the partial gene sequence obtained by our lab,special primers were designed,buckwheat trypsin inhibitor gene was amplified through RT-PCR.The BTI gene was cloned into the ex
