Sorbitol-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(S6PDH) is a key enzyme for the biosynthesis of sorbitol in Rosaceae plants.S6PDH cDNA was amplified by RT-PCR from apple leaf,then was cloned into pET-32a( ) vector to construct recombinant prokaryotic expression vector
