One new record species of seed plants Cardamine pratensis L.and one semi-escaping introduction species Lobelia chinensis Lour.are reported as the new distribution plants in Hebei Province for the first time.The identification features,characteristics of the habitat and geographical distribution of two species are discussed and their pictures are drawn.
