Oberonia orbicularis Hooker f. and O. delacourii Gagnep. are reported as two newly recorded species of Orchidaceae from China for the first time. O. orbicularis is most similar to O. integerrima Guillaumin and O. pachyrachis Rchb. f. ex Hook. f., but differs by its peduncle with narrow wings on both sides in basal half and orbicular lip with crenulate or fimbriate margin and notched apex. Since O. orbicularis was discovered in Mengla County, Yunnan Province in 2013 for the first time in China, it is a newly recorded species. Then, O. delacourii is most allied to O. ensiformis, but can be easily distinguished by the lip apex with quadrate sinus and fimbriate margin. The rediscovery of O. delacourii is reported as newly recorded species from China except the type collection from Loas in 1929. Detailed descriptions of these two newly recorded species are provided and the voucher specimens are deposited in the herbarium of South China Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangzhou (IBSC).
