Abstract:小麦种子用1mg·L-1的烯效唑浸种,其幼苗茎秆矮化粗壮,叶色浓绿,根系发达。处理植株的内源GA含量剧烈下降,根系中尤为明显。地上部分的IAA含量有较大增高。ZRs含量在幼苗生长前期的地上部分也有增加,但在根系中却稍低于对照。整个植株ABA含量与对照无显著差异。结果表明:烯效唑可能通过改变内源激素水平间的平稳关系而调控植株的形态变化,其中内源IAA/GA比增高是烯效唑诱导小麦矮化和促进根系生长的主要原因。IAA、ZRs的变化对植物横向生长、叶绿素合成也有促进作用。

Abstract:研究了水分胁迫对玉米(ZeamaysL,新玉4号)叶片类囊体膜的蛋白、色素组分,以及PSⅠ、PSⅡ和Cytb/f复合物的影响。类囊体膜蛋白电泳显示水分胁迫使总膜蛋白含量下降。高效液相色谱分析表明水分胁迫也引起类囊体膜色素成分的改变。通过测定P700及各种细胞色素的含量计算所得的PSⅠ、PSⅡ和Cytb/f复合物成分表明PSⅠ对水分胁迫不敏感,Cytb/f复合物在严重水分胁迫时才受到影响,而PSⅡ在中度和严重水分胁迫时均受到较明显的影响。

Abstract:将暗中(4±1℃)低温胁迫12h的菜豆幼苗分别置于中温弱光(15℃±1℃,72μmol·m-2·s-1)、高温强光(20℃±3℃,224-340μmol·m-2·s-1)、低温弱光(4℃±1℃,72μmol·m-2·s-1)3种条件下进行处理,结果发现2d中低温弱光和高温强光下菜豆幼苗的MDA含量不断上升,其SOD、POD、CAT酶活力也维持在较低水平.质膜外渗电导率在处理第1天时上升到最大,之后缓慢下降。而中温弱光条件下的菜豆幼苗MDA含量上升较少,SOD、POD、CAT酶活力恢复较快,质膜外渗电导率在2d后即接近正常值,菜豆幼苗冷害恢复较迅速。施用低温保护剂Mefluidide可减轻菜豆幼苗冷伤害并加快其恢复。

Abstract:试验分别用抗寒剂(K1)、PP333(P)、(K2)溶液喷洒黄瓜幼苗。在零上低温6℃光照条件下培养1、3、5d,测定膜脂过氧化水平和其它相关的生理指标。结果表明:黄瓜幼苗真叶组织中超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降;膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)累积量增加;叶绿素含量降低;细胞质相对膜透性增大。受伤害程度随着低温时间的延长而加深。当胁迫1d常温恢复3d后SOD活性和叶绿素含量继续降低;MDA含量和膜透性恢复到接近零时水平。当胁迫3d,恢复3d后几个指标伤害程度都有不同程度的加深。结果还表明:几种药物处理的黄瓜幼苗比对照的受伤害程度有所减轻,其中以K2效果最为显著。
