Abstract:白粉病已成为威胁我国小麦稳产的重要病害之一。寻找并使用新的白粉病抗源成为当今抗白粉病育种的关键。报道野生二粒小麦抗白粉病基因向普通小麦转移，无论是正交还是反交，用普通小麦作轮回亲本，随着回交代数增加，抗性单株选择难度加大，从正，反单交F6中均获得了稳定抗病株系，同时，研究利用RAPD方法对小麦-野生二粒小麦抗白粉病和感白粉病9个衍生系进行了分析研究。研究结果表明，5个随机引物（OPH-07，OPQ-08，OPQ-16，OPQ-19，OPZ-16）能在抗，感9个衍生系中分别扩增出普通小麦所没有的野生二粒小麦特异带型；其中OPH-07340bp和OPQ-19900bp为抗病系的特征带。

Abstract:利用5个粘性不育系分别与中国春的二体，1B重双端体及1B°1D^Ⅳ缺四体杂交，调查其F1的育性及其F1减数分裂中期Ⅰ的染色体配对情况和后期Ⅰ出现落后染色体的细胞频率。结果表明：（1）5个不育系与中国春二体杂交F1的自交结实率存在明显差异。中国春的1B重双端体使5个不育系的自交结实率大幅度下降，中国春的1B°1DⅣ缺四体使各不育系表现全不育；（2）5个不育系和3个父本杂交F1减数分裂中期Ⅰ出现单价体细胞的频率与其后期Ⅰ出现落后染色体细胞的频率不存在直接相关；（3）5个不育系与中国春二体的杂交F1自交结实率与其减数分裂中期Ⅰ出现单价体细胞的频率呈正相关。相关系数为0.9695**,与后期Ⅰ出现落后染色体细胞的频率不直接相关。

Abstract:使用Li-6200便携式光合测定仪，测定了自然状况下绵刺的净光合速率，蒸腾速率，水分利用效率以及气象因子在9：00-19：00的日进程，以白刺等旱生植物为对照。进行了对比研究。研究结果表明，绵刺的日平均净光合速率为8.832μmol·m^-2·s^-1，小于白刺的日平均净光合速率9.449μmol·m^-2·s^-1；绵刺的水分利用效率大于白刺，在13：00之前差异最为明显；同其它沙旱生植物相比，其净光合速率和水分利用效率均介于多种旱生植物之间；绵刺的净光合速率同各个气象因子的相关均不显，水分利用效率同气温以及相对温度之间呈极显相关，与气温，相对温度以及大气CO2浓度之间存在的多元线性关系。相关方程为YWUE=6.306 0.633XRH-0.178XTA 0.0164Xco2。
