Abstract:在生长房5种(暗处、可见光、低、中、高强度紫外线-B)处理下,研究了8个大豆品种的种子萌发率和萌发后幼苗的生长状况。结果表明,暗处种子萌发率高于自然光和UV-B辐射的种子。UV-B辐射增强对大豆种子的萌发率没有显著影响,仅使部分品种的最大萌发率降低和导致部分品种达到最大萌发率的时间延长。幼苗的生长对增强的UV-B辐射非常敏感。使大部分品种的胚根变短增粗,这可能是植物激素作用的结果。大豆的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量明显受到UV-B辐射的抑制。UV-B作用能促进类黄酮在幼苗中的积累,紫外吸收色素的增设有利于提高对UV-B的抵抗力。UV-B辐射的这种效应及大豆品种间的差异在自然情况下会产生深远的生物学和生态学意义

Abstract:小麦幼苗经-0.5MPa聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液暗中渗透迫0、6、12、18、24、30、36、42、48h,叶片的总呼吸速率(Vt)呈现先上升后降低的趋势,交替途径呼吸也表现出相同的变化模式。水分胁迫初期(0-12h),交替途径容量(Valt)、实际运行活性(ρValt)及运行系数(ρ值)均上升,此后(18-48h)逐渐下降,水分胁迫也影响了呼吸电子流在2条呼吸途径中的分配比例,胁迫初期的0-12h内,流经交替途径的电子流增多,而流向细胞色素主路的电子流减少,但随着胁迫时间的延长,交替途径的贡献降低,而细胞色素主路的贡献增加,说明小麦叶片的抗氰呼吸在水分胁迫初期被诱导增加,而随着胁迫进行的延长又表现为下降。

Abstract:杂交小麦“901”在不同发育时期及不同叶位,叶片色素蛋白复合体含量均高于对照品种陕229,尤其表现在“901”的旗叶,而陕229的倒二叶在籽粒形成后期、灌浆期,略高于“901”,倒三叶在籽粒发育后期至成熟期“901”的含量要高于陕229。叶绿素蛋白复合体分析结果说明,在不同发育时期、不同叶位,“901”叶片色素蛋白复合体中含有较高的叶绿素b,尤其表现在籽粒形成后期的旗叶上。2个品种在不同发育时期,不同时叶位之间,色素蛋白复合体组分上没有差异。仅表现在成熟期,陕229的倒三叶各色素带含量减少,并且消失1条叶绿素蛋白复合体带,初步认为此带是LHCP的寡聚体之一,而“901”比陕229晚7d倒二叶上表现出样的现象,表明“901”叶片色素蛋白复合体抗衰老能力很强。

Abstract:研究采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)提取和测定红锥和苦槠发育过程中果实内ABA含量,并用不同浓度ABA喂养,测定果实不同发育期对外源ABA的敏感性。用放射性同位素法测定ABA对贮藏蛋白质的积累作用,结果表明:随着红锥和苦槠种子发育过程内源ABA含量逐渐上升,达到高峰的时间分别为11月5日和10月5日,随后ABA含量均逐渐下降。成熟采收时果实内ABA含量比高时峰小8-9倍,随着果实的发育种子对外加ABA的敏感性逐渐变小,外源ABA浓度10^-4mol/L可以完全抑制11月25日(红锥)笔10月15日(苦槠)前种子发芽,但对成熟的种子10^-2mol/L ABA亦不能抑制发芽。ABA对成熟前期胚贮藏蛋白质合成无影响,但能促进成熟后中后期胚的贮藏蛋白质的积累作用,ABA维持红锥和苦槠贮藏蛋白质全盛和积累作用表现在转录水平上。

Abstract:通过对沙地栽培的苹果梨和锦丰梨2种梨树光合速率(Pn)日变化、季节变化的测度研究表明,苹果梨Pn日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在上午9:00为10.158μmol.m^-2.s^-1.。锦丰梨Pn变化呈双峰曲线,和一峰值在上午9:00,第二峰值在下午13:00,第一峰值高于第二峰值Pn分别为14.566μmol.m^-2.s^-1.和10.972μmol.m^-2.s^-1.。并分析得出2种梨树Pn与其蒸腾速率(TRAN)、胞间CO2浓度(CINT)、水平气压缺(VPD)等影响因子之间存在着极显著相关关系和回归方程,以及2种梨树的水分利用效率(WUE)。

Abstract:80年代以来,以林草地地力衰退为特征的人工林草地土壤退化日趋严重,其中以土壤水分严重亏缺为特征的土壤干化现象愈益引起了人工的重视。土壤干化的的直接后果是形成土壤干层,导致土壤退化,植物生长速率减缓,群落衰败以至大片死亡,严重地威胁到我国北方地区特别是黄土高原地区生态环境的建设,因此,研究和解决土壤干层问题已成为黄土高原植被建设的迫切任务。根据延安试区的土壤水分和植被生长状况调查资料,初步分析了不同条件下刺槐人工林地的水分状况。结果表明:试区刺槐人工林地普遍形成了土壤干层,且已相当严重;坡向对土壤干层有明显影响,阳坡形成的干层阴坡严重,坡度愈大;土壤干化愈剧烈。林龄对干层严重程度影响不影响,同时,研究指出了解决土壤干层问题的意义。

Abstract:研究利用新疆、甘肃河西、宁夏沙坡头地区采集的头状沙拐枣(Calligonum caput-medusae)、红皮沙拐枣(C.rubicundum)、白皮沙拐枣(C.leucocladum)、泡果沙拐枣(C.junceum)、河西沙拐枣(C.potaninii)和蒙古沙拐枣(C.mongolicum)果实的形态性状指标,应用双因素重复方差分析法,对不同种群间果实的形态变异进行了研究,得出红皮沙拐枣、蒙古沙拐枣、白皮沙拐枣、泡果沙拐枣下不同种群间果实的形态变异差异显著,头状沙拐枣、河西沙拐枣果灾的形态变里差异不显著,用系统聚类分析,对各种群间的相似性进行了研究。

Abstract:对马铃薯、菜豆、萝卜和番茄等4种绿色蔬菜进行营养成分和有害物质的全面测定。结果表明:绿色蔬菜具有高营养、无毒的特点。(1)4种绿色蔬菜的含钙量分别为一般蔬菜同一品种的240%、198.5%、163.7%和157.8%,含铁量分别为17.4倍、8.7倍、10.7倍和12.7倍,含磷量分别为118.2%、102%、163.6%和177.8%,并具有较高的镁、锌、铜和锰等元素的含量。(2)4种绿色蔬菜的镉、砷、汞、氟、六六六、DDT、敌敌畏、乐果、马拉硫磷、对硫磷、甲胺磷、杀螟硫和倍硫磷等13项有害物质全部符合绿色食品标准。(3)4种绿色蔬菜的VB1含量分别增加20%、22.2%、16.7%和6%,VB2分别增加30%、12%、135%和26.7,Vc分别增加8.6%、68.9%、12.1%和18.1%,胡萝卜素分别为一般同种蔬菜的16倍、2.9倍、13.5倍和4.5倍。(4)其蛋白质含量也分别增加18.5%、13.9%、7.5%和30%,灰分分别为2.08倍、3.15倍、2.85倍和2.96倍,总糖分别为一般同种蔬菜的91%、101.1%、191.3%和95.2%,粗纤维分别为113.3%、89.2%、86.7%和105%。
