Abstract:用细胞质雄性不育系陕 2 A、波里马 A(Pol A)、1 763A与 92 P187、垦 C1、垦 C8、L4 54个恢复系进行不完全双列杂交 ,以其 F1代为试验材料 ,在菌核病田间自然萌发和人工接种菌核病菌的条件下 ,调查了各组合的发病率和病情指数 ,估算了亲本及其组合抗 (耐 )菌核病的配合力效应。结果表明 :1 1 2个杂交种抗 (耐 )病性差异较大 ,以陕 2 A为母本的组合表现出较强的抗 (耐 )病性。 2油菜抗 (耐 )菌核病遗传是由基因的加性效应和非加性效应共同控制的 ;杂种抗 (耐 )病性的变异 ,遗传的作用是主要的 ,而在遗传作用中显性作用又是主要的。 3陕 2 A病情指数的遗传负效应值较高 ,具有作为抗源亲本的育种潜力。 4根据配合力总效应值评价组合 ,认为陕 2 A×垦 C8、陕 2 A×垦 C1、1 763A×垦 C8、陕 2 A× L4 5、Pol A×垦 C1、Pol A× 92P187是抗 (耐 )菌核病较强的杂交组合

Abstract:黄瓜叶片在水分胁迫下叶片相对含水量减少,类囊体室温吸收光谱的吸收峰降低,同时其NADP光还原活性、Ca^2 -ATPase活性也相应降低,全链电子传递明显受阻。类囊体膜蛋白电泳分析结果显示:类囊体膜色素蛋白复合体含量有不同程度的降低,其中PSⅡ色素蛋白复合体含量下降较多,试验结果表明水分胁迫通过限制光能的吸收,传递双及转换效率,抑制了光合电子传递过程。

Abstract:以大麦(HordeumvulgareL.)为材料,研究了外源H2O2和*OH对大麦根系呼吸速率、线粒体膜流动性和膜脂脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明,10mmol/LH2O2或·OH处理4d,大麦幼苗根系呼吸速率和线粒体膜脂不饱和脂肪酸含量及脂肪酸不饱和指数下降,线粒体膜脂荧光强度增加,膜流动性下降,且H2O2或·OH处理浓度(在0.1~10mmol/L范围内)越高,膜脂流动性下降越明显。H2O2和·OH处理的同时加入同浓度的抗坏血酸(AsA)和甘露醇,膜流动性明显增强或恢复。

Abstract:黄瓜以一定浓度的三唑酮浸种后,幼苗的根长,株高受到明显抑制,但增大了根重、根冠比、子叶游离氨基酸含量及子叶呼吸速率,同时降低了子叶可溶性糖含量,30d苗龄第1、2片真叶中叶绿素、蛋白质含量、POD、CAT活力增有不同程度的提高,因此表现出一定的壮苗作用。其中50μmol/L对壮苗是最佳的,但高浓度对幼苗生长不利。

Abstract:研究了银杏叶总黄酮含量的季节悸变化规律及利用乙醇提取银杏叶黄酮的方法,结果表明,根据银杏叶在一年生长间总黄酮含量确定银杏叶最佳采收时间为8-9月份,通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定乙醇提取银杏叶总黄酮的最佳条件为:银可中粉碎至50-60目,以70%乙醇按照液固比6:1的比例,于80℃条件下提取2次,每次1h,银杏叶总黄酮提取率可达87.6%。

Abstract:选取健康及患丛枝病泡桐(Paulownia spp.)为材料,建立组织培养和植株再生系统,以茎段作为转化受体,诱导分化和生根的最佳激素组合分别是MS+BA4mg/L NAA0.2mg/L和1/2MS+KT0.5mg/L IBA0.25mg/L。芽分化频率可达22.8%。健康和患病泡桐的茎段经农杆菌共培养3d后,在附加50mg/Lm的选择分化培养基上培养20d左右再生出抗性芽,经培养、诱导生根,获得了转基因再生植株,建立了泡桐的遗传转化体系。PCR和Southern杂交检测证明外源基因已整合到泡桐的基因组,标记基因ITPⅡ在再生植株中也得到表达,同时对影响转化的一因素进行了探讨。

Abstract:研究应用基因组原位杂交、染色体C-分带和RAPD技术,对八倍体小黑麦×普通小麦杂种F2经电离辐射处理后的高代材料98-60进行了检测。基因组原位杂交结果表明,该材料为小麦-黑麦异代换系。进一步通过C-分带分析表明,该品系为5R代换系,并且还包含有5AS/6AS小麦种内的染色体易位。通过RAPD分析,在该品系中找到了来源于八倍体小黑麦亲本"新麦73"的黑麦染色体特异扩增产物OPA-01350和与两个亲本不同的特异重组产物OPF-14800、OPF-14920,进一步验证了基因组原位杂交和C-分带的鉴定结果。

Abstract:对小麦未成熟胚盾片组织离体再生途径中,未成熟胚发育时期以及不同小麦品种的体细胞胚发生能力和体细胞胚的分化能力进行了研究,在所 试的14个小麦品种中,筛选出具有很强的体细胞胚发生能力和体细胞胚分化能力的4个品种,西农1376、盐2号、85+1-3和宝丰7228。为进一步给小麦离体遗传操作打下基础,研究还对温度的影响进行了分析。通过低温手段解决了胚性愈伤组织随继代天数的延长体细胞胚分化能力快速降低的问题,同时研究还首次分析了干燥处理对小麦体细胞胚转换能力的影响,建立起一套高效的小麦离体培养再生体系,而且该体系从接种未成熟胚到再生植株移至土壤只需10-12周时间,避免了长期培养过程中存在的体细胞变异问题。
