Abstract:研究了黄土丘陵区引种草种柳枝稷(Panicum virgatum)的光合生理生态特性。比较了不同叶位叶片光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)的日变化以及环境因子的作用,结果表明,柳枝稷叶片Pn日变化曲线为双峰型,中午“光合降低”主要是由于叶温过高导致呼吸高引起的净化合速率降低,叶龄增大,叶片Pn日变化相对较平缓,其中壮龄叶Pn日变化最为平缓,幼龄叶Tr的日变化为双峰型,随叶龄增大(叶位下降)而成为单峰型。Pn日变化最为平缓,幼龄叶Tr的日变化为双峰型,随叶龄增大(叶位下降)而成为单峰型,WUE的日变化可划分为上午的降低和下午的波动2个阶段,最上充分展开叶(旗叶)的WUE始终最高。

Abstract:以厚皮网纹甜瓜皇后做试验材料 ,利用穴孔体积穴盘 ,研究了根域体积对甜瓜幼苗生长及其光合特性的影响。结果表明 ,冬季节能育苗条件下 ,苗龄 <32 d幼苗 ,其单株叶数、叶面积、地上部干物重和叶绿素含量在不同根域限制处理间没有显著差异 ;当苗龄 >32 d,随着根域限制程度的增加 ,37m L和 1 6m L处理幼苗的叶数、叶面积、干物重显著低于 470 m L、1 68m L和 41 m L处理 ,叶绿素含量却表现出相反的变化趋势 ,但上述指标在 37m L和 1 6m L间 ,470 m L、1 68m L和 41 m L处理间差异不显著。在根域体积限制严重时 ,35d幼苗叶片叶绿体超微结构有降解趋势。光合速率日值以根域限制小的幼苗显著高于根域限制程度大的 ,但日峰值却是根域限制严重的 37m L和 1 6m L幼苗出现时间早 ,大约为测定时段的 9:0 0am。

Abstract:应用热脉冲技术对河套灌区农田防护林小美旱杨(Populus popular‘s)树干液流速度进行了研究。结果表明,在正常生长状态下,小美旱杨树干单位面积液流通量为0.088L.cm^-2.d^-1;形成层以下不同深度的树液流速具有相同的日变化趋势,在中午前后各深度流速值均达到最大,各深度流速差值亦达到最大,最大液流速度相对位点距形成层相对距离10mm处,在不同水分条件下,灌水时液流速度小于未灌水时液流速度。萌生苗液流速度大于扦插苗液流速度。

Abstract:悬铃木越冬芽内可溶性蛋白、酚类含量、{OD活性在10月后逐渐升高,至翌年1月达最高值,此后下降趋势;芽含尜量、O2^-、GSH含量、SOD活性、总抗氧化能力与MDA、脂质过氧化产物等则相反,10月后逐渐下降,翌年1月后又呈升高趋势;GSH含量、SOD活性、总抗氧化能力等的下降幅度远较O2^-含量的下降幅度低。这表明悬铃木越冬芽在冬季可能通过提高芽内可溶性蛋白、酚类等物质含量、POD活性与降低活性氧代谢水平来适应冬季的低温逆境,抗氧化系统对提高越冬芽生理适应能力具有一定作用。

Abstract:温度逆境胁迫后,黄瓜幼苗体内O2^-的产生速率和MDA含量均明显升高,温度逆境胁迫和常温恢复2d后,O2^-的产生速率都与各品系黄瓜幼苗对温度逆境的耐性呈负相关,说明在温度逆境胁迫过程中,活性氧确实是对黄瓜幼苗产生毒害的重要方式。在遭受温度逆境胁迫后,黄瓜幼苗体内酶促和非酶促防御系统均遭到破坏。AsA含量、CAT和POD活性均显著下降,低温胁迫后,对低温耐性强的品系SOD活性上升,对低温耐性弱的品系SOD活性降低。高温处理后,各品系SOD活性均降低。表明膜系统的损伤与细胞内自由基引发的膜脂过氧化有关。

Abstract:不同浓度(1-4μmol/L APM)处理萌发的大麦、黑麦2种种子,在3μmol/L APM下,大麦中诱导出POD3(根系)和POD2,POD3(幼苗)同工酶谱带,黑麦则在左面μmol/L时诱导出POD2、POD4(根系)和POD4,POD5(幼苗)同工酶。蛋白质的变化则呈现出诱导出新的蛋白质或某些蛋白质谱带消失、活性减弱的特性,在3-4μmol/LAPM浓度下诱导出某些新的蛋白质谱带(31kD,大麦功苗;10kD,大麦根系;66kD,8kD黑麦根系)和某些谱带的消失或着色谱浅(88kD,大麦根系;66kD,大麦、黑麦幼苗),这一结果与POD同工酶变化结果基本吻合,可以认为3-4μmol/LAPM为上述作物的临界浓度。

Abstract:通过多效抗旱驱鼠剂浸种与拌种的田间试验,对小麦12个生长和产量构成因素进行了测定与多元统计分析。结果表明,RPA浓度是决定促长与增产效果的关键。药剂A的700倍水溶液浸种或30-50倍液拌种对苗期促长作用最好;与对照相比,除B的700倍水溶液浸种处理小麦种子,小麦产量比对照降低2.79%,其它处理均有增产作用,增产率为4.79%-98.67%。其中以药剂A的70倍水溶液拌种和C的600倍液浸种,增产效果最为显著,增产幅度达98.49%-98.67%;对11个影响产量因子的通径分析表明,单位面积的有效穗数是决定产量增长率的首要因素。

Abstract:结合戊二醛-饿酸固定,环氧树脂包埋,苯胺蓝-DAPI染色和荧光显微镜观察。研究了黑麦小孢子母细胞的发育过程及其细胞胼胝质壁合成的变化。结果发现,黑麦花药中胼胝质的合成最早出现在造孢细胞晚期,并首先在小孢子囊中央的造孢细胞中沉积,随后向小孢子囊两端的细胞扩展,随着花药的发育,胼胝质在小孢子囊中央的造孢细胞中大量积累并解本,而且,小孢子囊中央的细胞与邻近绒毡层排列的造孢细胞分离并逐渐消失。紧靠绒毡层排列的造孢细胞最后转变成花粉母细胞,经减数分裂,形成小孢子,本研究对胼胝质的功能和形成的机制进行了讨论。

Abstract:湟水地区地处黄土高原和青藏高原过渡带 ,界于北纬 36°0 2′~ 37°2 8′,东经 1 0 0°41′~1 0 3°0 4′之间。海拔 1 650~ 4395m,总面积为 1 61 2 0 km2。本研究根据卫星遥感影像资料 (以TM为主 ) ,结合以往野外调查工作 ,研究并综合分析了湟水地区的森林、灌丛植被及其主要特征。森林灌丛植被的遥感解译采用综合分析法。研究表明湟水地区森林灌丛植被具有明显的生态地理分布特征 ,其分布多集中于黄土低山丘陵与中高山地形结合地带 ,即黄土覆盖的边缘交错区域。这一空间分布特征可能与本区的黄土覆盖边缘地区的多样化生态地理特点存在一定的联系。生境的干湿状况直接影响本地区天然林的分布特征、森林灌丛植被覆盖率的高低、森林的类型结构和种类组成 ,并成为人工造林效果的重要环境因素。本区森林灌丛植被长期受到人类活动的深刻影响 ,具有人类活动的明显痕迹。人类活动的规模范围、作用方式、影响强度等因素成为本区森林灌丛植被及其生境变化与差异的重要原因之一。

Abstract:植物络合素(Phytochelatins,PCs)是由于重金属离子诱导而在植物体内合成的一类小分子多肽,其结构式为(γ-Glu-Cys)n-Gly,(n=2-11);PCs能够螯合重金属,从而起到对对重金属解毒的作用,PCs并非基因的直接产物,而是由植物络合素合酶(phytochelatin syn-thase,PCS),以GSH为底物催化合成的;植物络合素合酶基因的表达是组成型的,重金属离子能够活化PCS,诱导PCs的合成。1989年,人们首次报道得到了部分纯化的PCS,10年后,3个研究小组分别于1999年同时克隆和鉴定了编码PCS的基因,这些结果不仅对于研究PCs的合成途径和模型的建立及植物抗重金属机制的探讨有重要意义,而且在利用基因工程改良植物抗重金属能力和净化环境污染方面有应用前景。
