Abstract:依据 1 998年在半干旱黄土丘陵区安塞的观测资料 ,对沙棘适应该地区生境的气孔运动进行了分析研究。结果表明 :(1 )沙棘气孔导度日均值为 2 1 4.47mmol· m- 2 · s- 1,日变化曲线呈双峰型。 (2 )沙棘气孔导度与 CO2 浓度间有十分显著的相关关系 ,复相关系数为0 .96 3 5 ;与光合有效辐射、气温、叶水势间有显著的相关关系 ,复相关系数为 0 .70 3 3~0 .8971 ;但与相对湿度间相关性不显著。 (3 )沙棘适应半干旱黄土丘陵区生境的气孔调节机制为反馈式反应 ,即由于叶水势降低导致气孔导度减小 ,从而减少蒸腾耗水 ,达到节约用水 ,适应干旱的目的 ;(4)沙棘的水分利用效率随气孔限制值的增大而减小 ,二者间呈显著的负相关。这为了解沙棘的抗旱机理 ,选育节水抗旱品种 ,提高水分利用效率提供了科学依据

Abstract:利用Ven、K型小麦雄性不育系与北方春性普通小麦杂交,研究了Ven、K型春性F1杂种的优势表现及其与叶绿素含量、同工酶谱的关系.结果表明Ven型和K型杂种F1存在显著的个体杂种优势,在主要农艺性状中尤其以单株穗数、千粒重、单株生产力的杂种优势明显,其中单株穗数对单株生产力的贡献最大;相关分析表明单株生产力与单株穗数呈正相关,相关系数为0.7122;与每穗粒数和千粒重的相关系数分别为-0.1183和0.4941.灌浆期旗叶、倒二叶叶绿素含量与千粒重的相关性最大,呈正相关.杂种F1优势强的组合其种子和苗期的过氧化物同工酶和酯酶的酶谱一般呈双亲互补型或“杂种型”酶带,该特征可作为杂种优势预测的指标.

Abstract:对不同小麦(Triticum aestivum 2n=42 AABBDD)背景的4个小簇麦双二倍体进行了分子细胞遗传学分析。结果表明,经过自交7代选育,小簇麦双二倍体的遗传逐渐趋于稳定。其中V852cd和V853cd的遗传稳定性相对较好,RTC M,2m=56的植株分别占100%和83.33%,PMC MI,2n=28Ⅱ的频率分别为73.34%和70.72%,相对紊乱系数分别为0.021和0.022;用簇毛麦(Haynaldia villosa 2n=14 VV)DNA作探针进行原位杂交时,V851cd、V852cd和V853cd的体细胞中都有14条簇毛麦染色体,其染色体组成为2n=56=42W 14V,V854cd中有12条簇毛麦染色体,其染色体组成为2n=56=42W 12V 2T(W/V)。4个双二倍体籽粒蛋白质含量为19.28%-20.52%;V851cd,V852cd和V853cd对条锈病免疫或近免疫,高抗白娄病和叶锈病,中抗雪霉病和赤霉病。

Abstract:实验中发现,在培养基中加入适量PEG可以显著提高杜仲胚乳愈伤分化频率。PEG这种促进分化的效果既与PEG的分子量和所用的浓度有关,也与培养基中无机离子的强度和蔗糖浓度有关。效果最佳的培养基配方是:在激素组成为BA(2.0-2.75mg/L)+NAA0.15mg/L)的基本培养基(MS无机盐+B5有机物+3%蔗糖)中,添加浓度为4%-6%PEG 4000或4%-5%PEG6000。在这种培养基上杜仲胚乳愈伤组织的分化频率均超过50%,最高可达70%以上,而在同样的条件下不加PEG时分化频率不到10%。然而,经PEG处理分化出来的胚乳再生植株中,部分苗玻璃化现象严重。

Abstract:以CO2脱涩后的火柿为试材,研究了脱涩后火柿在5℃条件下贮藏过程中主要生理生化变化及35℃热处理对其软化生理的影响。结果表明,柿果可溶性单宁含量的继续下降是柿果软化的一个原因;乙烯在脱涩柿果的软化中起着主导作用,呼吸速率及PE、PG和纤维素酶活性的变化与乙烯存在着紧密的关系。35℃热处理抑制了脱涩火柿可溶性单宁含量的下降速率,使乙烯生成量降低和乙烯峰出现时间推迟,刺激了早期的呼吸速率,抑制了后期的呼吸速率,降低了PE、PG和纤维素酶的活性,从而达到了延缓脱涩柿果轮化的目的。
