Abstract:中国春phlb突变体与5个多倍体Aegilops的杂种F1用普通小麦进行回交,并对回交一代(BC1F1)的细胞学进行了研究。结果表明,BC1F1植株花粉母细胞最高染色体数56条,最低35条,一般情况下phlb基因可以增加BC1F1植株的染色体数(不是所有组合),但不能增加染色体配对水平。杂种F1回交时有效雌配子最高染色体数在含有phlb基因组合中高于不含phlb基因的组合,但最低不杂色体数目相等,且含有21条染色体雌配子最具有竞争力,同时也证明,回交的成功并不取决于杂种F1通过重建分裂(restitution division)形成的未减数雌配子。

Abstract:利用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分析了85个小麦材料的高分子量谷蛋白亚基的构成,其结果表明:(1)目前生产中应用的优质小麦品种,大部分具有1A上的优质亚基1,1B上的14+15/17+18或1D上的5+10,个别品种还同时聚合有1A,1B,1D上的优质亚基;(2)在所分析的28个八倍体小偃麦中,多数材料含有1,2^*和5+10等优质亚基;(3)在本实验室创造的材料中,来源于中间偃麦草和普通小麦杂交的后代材料中大部分具有14+15亚基。此外,个别种质材料还含有Payne亚基命名系统中未命名的一些稀有的高分子量谷蛋白亚基。

Abstract:以山桃、甘肃桃、毛桃、杏、马哈利樱桃为材料 ,分别用普洛马林、GA3 、BA为处理激素 ,研究不同浓度激素对破除核果类种子休眠的效果。结果表明 GA3 0 .5μg· g-1、普洛马林3.0μg· g-1能有效破除桃、杏种子休眠 ,幼苗生长基本良好 ,激素浓度过低 ,破除休眠效果不佳 ,浓度过高虽然能提高种子发芽率 ,但幼苗生长不良。 BA无论对破除种子休眠 ,还是幼苗生长均达不到生产要求。普洛马林 1 .0~ 5.0 μg· g-1均能有效提高层积马哈利樱桃出苗率 ,3.0μg· g-1 对破除马哈利樱桃的休眠效果最好 ;GA3 、BA对破除马哈利樱桃休眠效果不明显。

Abstract:以分布在沙波头沙漠试验研究站人工固沙植被中的一年生植物小画眉草为例,研究了荒漠一年生植物不同时间尺度上的种群动态与调节机制,试验结果表明:(1)一年生植物小画眉草种群的续存与其种子库中种子的分批萌发对策密切相关;(2)同一个生长季内,制约小画眉草种群数量变化的关键因子随降水条件的不同而变化,即当环境适宜度较小时(干旱胁迫),非生物因子(降水)限制种群数量;当环境适宜度较大时,密度依赖的竞争作用调节种群大小;(3)在较长的生态时间尺度上土壤特性(结皮厚度,养分含量)也是影响小画眉草种群动态的一个重要因素;(4)小画眉草种群的存活曲线属于C型,说明该种是较为典型的r-对策者。

Abstract:利用水蒸汽蒸馏方法研究了生长于中国西北部不同采收时期百里香花,叶,茎和全草芳香油含量和化学成分的变化,结果表明:不同采收时期对花和叶芳香油含量却很大,而对茎中芳香油含量的影响较小,最佳采收时期在盛花期,此时不仅芳香油含量高,而且油中百里香酚和香酚的含量也高。气-质色谱图上出现了53中化合物,鉴定了其中的41中,占总成分的94.419%,芳香油中以百里香酚,香芹酚,对聚伞花素和松油烯为主,它们的含量在整个生长时期从43.953%,增加47.810%。
