Abstract:冷驯化能大大提高植物的抗寒性。研究测定了引进日本桃叶珊瑚(Auccuba japonica Thunb.cv.Variegata)苗木在不同越冬条件下的抗寒性指标及在低温锻炼前后的半致死温度,并通过双向电泳分离与抗寒性有关的特异蛋白。结果表明,日本桃叶珊瑚能安全地越冬(最低气温为-18℃),日本桃叶珊瑚叶片抗冻的细胞结构特征在于其叶肉细胞排列疏松,间隙大,有利于防止细胞内结冰;经过4℃冷驯化的植株低温半致死温度为-21℃,而未经冷驯化的植株低温半致死温度为-7.5℃;双向电泳分析发现至少有3个常温下存在而低温下消失的蛋白多肽,分子量分别为A15kD、B14kD、C56kD、D26kD。依据分子量和等电点初步分析,A与组蛋白H2A相似,B与组蛋白H2B相似;另B与Rubisco小亚基分子量相近,C与Rubisco大亚基分子量相近,前一种情况可能与有关抗寒基因的表达有关,后一种情况可能与低温下的光合作用减弱有关。

Abstract:抗小麦全蚀病中间材料H8911(BC1F1)是通过小麦与华山新麦草杂种幼胚培养及杂种F1(ABDN2n=28)再与小麦回交后得到的。根尖细胞染色体数目49条,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ,染色体构型为20.85(19~21)Ⅱ 7.30(7~11)Ⅰ,21Ⅱ 7Ⅰ的细胞占86.67%。BC1F2和BC1F3体细胞染色体数目范围分别为45~53和44~52,49条染色体的植株类型分别占30.19%和27.50%,华山新麦草染色体丢失率分别为11.85%和13.14%;花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ,染色体构型分别为20.62(18~22)Ⅱ 7.64(5~13)Ⅰ 0.04(0~1)Ⅲ和20.53(17~22)Ⅱ 7.79(5~15)Ⅰ 0.05(0~1)Ⅲ,21Ⅱ 7Ⅰ的细胞分别占77.24%和69.42%。随着自交世代的延续,21Ⅱ 7Ⅰ细胞的传递能力逐渐降低。利用H8911作供体,选育出小麦-华山新麦草抗全蚀病新种质13个,其中1个附加系表现近高度抗病性,6个附加系、3个代换系和3个易位系材料表现中度抗病性。

Abstract:分别在甘肃酒泉、陕西户县及临潼3地区蔬菜大田采集黄瓜、西葫芦、南瓜3种蔬菜上表现病毒病症状的毒原标样135个,采用鉴别寄主的生物学反应和双抗夹心ELISA法鉴定,结果表明引起上述地区黄瓜、西葫芦、南瓜3种蔬菜病毒病的毒原主要是黄瓜花叶病毒。3.95%“病毒必克”可湿性粉剂防治3种蔬菜病毒病的结果表明,300倍、500倍的病毒必克预防效果可达到75%~78%,且治疗效果明显,药效持久。因此,认为病毒必克是目前理想的植物病毒抑制剂。

Abstract:通过石蜡切片法制片,光学显微镜观察,研究了桂花叶的形态解剖结构。结果表明,桂花叶为典型的异面叶,表皮由1层排列紧密的形状不规则的表皮细胞构成,细胞外壁角质膜较厚,气孔只分布于下表皮。表皮上被有腺毛,腺毛及其周围排列整齐的表皮细胞形成环式结构。叶肉组织发达,栅栏组织由2~4层排列整齐的圆柱形细胞构成。叶肉中分布有少分枝或不分枝的石细胞,其细胞长轴与表皮垂直。叶脉结构较为复杂,主脉发达。上述特征与复杂多变的环境条件相适应。
