Abstract:用CTAB法提取怀地黄嫩叶DNA,进行简单重复间序列标记(ISSR)分析.通过单因子实验分别研究了退火温度、Taq酶单位、Mg2+浓度、dNTP浓度、引物浓度和模板DNA浓度对ISSR-PCR反应的影响,找出各自的合适条件,而且每一个合适条件确定以后都被作为后续研究的一个条件.通过各个因子的组合研究建立了适宜于怀地黄ISSR分析的扩增体系25 μL PCR反应体积,1×Taq DNA酶缓冲液(10 mmol/L Tris-HCl,50 mmol/L KCl,0.1% Trion X-100,pH9.0 ),2.5 mmol/L MgCl2,1.5~1.0 U Taq酶,60 ng模板DNA,0.4 μmmol/L引物,各0.4 mmol/L的dATP、dGTP、dCTP和dTTP.合适的退火温度为53~55℃.为用ISSR技术分析鉴定怀地黄种质资源奠定了良好的基础.

Abstract:研究了植物激素IBA与6-BA对摇瓶分批流加异养培养小球藻的生长及化学组成的影响。结果表明,IBA与6-BA处理摇瓶分批流加异养培养的小球藻,促进了小球藻的生长,提高了小球藻的生物量(15.0%)与对糖转化率(14.8%),同时也提高了小球藻的蛋白质含量(16.3%)。氨基酸分析结果表明,IBA与6-BA能提高摇瓶分批流加异养培养的小球藻的α-氨基酸含量(含量达31.2%,而对照的仅26.0%),增加必需氨基酸的含量及比例,尤其两种重要α-氨基酸Arg和Lys的含量分别提高达22.9%和30.1%,强化了异养小球藻的营养价值。IBA与6-BA能提高摇瓶分批流加异养培养的小球藻叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量。培养工艺研究与化学组成分析将为植物激素应用于小球藻的异养培养奠定基础。

Abstract:根据新近调查资料及对历史文献资料的查阅,整理出重庆市金佛山地区种子植物区系资料。到目前为止,金佛山共分布有种子植物183科1256属4 764种,其中野生植物达160科(其中裸子植物7科,被子植物153科)1111属4093种。野生植物中单种科17个,少型科(2~5种)33个,多种科(6~50种)87个,大科(51~100种)14个,特大科(101种以上)9个,分别占金佛山野生种子植物总科数的10.625%、20.625%、54.375%、8.75%和5.625%;种子植物科的区系成分以热带成分最多,达72科,占金佛山种子植物总科数的45.00%,其次为温带和世界分布型,分别为41科和33科,分别占25.625%和20.625%,特有成分仅17科(统计分析数据以14科计),其中东亚特有科13科,中国特有科4科。属的区系成分按世界分布、热带分布、温带分布、东亚分布和中国特有分布五种成分分别为73属、483属、332属、174属和49属,分别占金佛山种子植物总属数的6.57%、43.48%、29.88%、15.66%和4.41%。金佛山种子植物科的区系成分具备了全国种子植物区系15个分布类型及31变型的10型及10变型,属的区系成分具备14型及24变型。本文还就金佛山与邻近的神农架和壶瓶山等进行了比较分析,总体结论为金佛山在种子植物分布区类型及物种分布数量上都较为丰富,证明了金佛山地区为我国亚热带植物的自然分化和分布中心之一的观点。

Abstract:采用PVC管种植模拟土壤干旱的方法,研究了牛心朴子(Cynanchum komarovii)在水分胁迫下光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、叶绿素荧光的变化规律及不同生育期适应性表现。结果表明:土壤水分胁迫对牛心朴子叶片光合生理的影响与其胁迫时间及其胁迫程度都有关系,胁迫前中期Pn下降的原因主要是气孔限制,而到后期则以非气孔因素限制为主。中度土壤水分胁迫在短期内对牛心朴子叶片光合作用具有促进作用,而且有利于WUE的提高。而重度胁迫对牛心朴子Pn的影响较显著,而且非气孔因素的出现早于中度胁迫的处理。牛心朴子的光合生理对土壤水分胁迫具有一定的适应时期和适应范围。

Abstract:用陕西省关中小麦品种区域试验所选用的20个小麦品种(品系)在12个试点1996/97、1997/98两年度的数据资料,通过基因型因子分析,探讨小麦品种籽粒品质性状间相互关系的内在规律。结果表明:可将12个品质指标用4个“公共因子”表示。因子1对蛋白质含量、沉淀值、形成时间、稳定时间、软化度与评价值等品质性状起支配作用,主要反映的是蛋白质的质与量;因子2对湿面筋含量、容重和出粉率起支配作用,反映了湿面筋含量与磨粉品质之间存在着较密切的、直接的联系;因子3对籽粒硬度与吸水率起支配作用,反映了小麦籽粒的质地结构特性;因子4中,只有千粒重有较大载荷。表明千粒重与其它品质性状的直接联系较小,受相对较为独立的遗传因素控制。

Abstract:在不同肥力水平和结构下对不同肥量籽粒中部分微量元素含量变化进行研究,结果表明:施肥量大小和肥料构成对小麦籽粒中微量元素含量有明显的影响,在低肥水平下籽粒中Mn、Zn和Fe含量增加,其中Zn的增幅超过1倍,Cu和Al含量降低;在中肥水平下微肥用量增加1倍,籽粒中Mn含量高11.2%,Al和Zn含量分别降低50%和30.1%,Fe和Cu元素含量变化不大,调节其它肥料量和结构,籽粒中Mn、Zn、Cu含量降低;在高肥水平下增加钾肥,有利于籽粒中Mn、Zn、Fe、Al含量积累,分别高23.2%、16.2%、33.9%和58.6%,而Cu含量变化不大。在中肥投入水平下调节氮肥籽粒中微量元素含量随着肥力水平提高而降低,在高肥投入水平下减少氮肥用量有利于籽粒中Fe、Al和Zn的积累,Fe含量变化最大,增加2.14~2.63倍,Al含量高63.7%~65.7%,锌含量高13.3%~17.5%,铜的含量变化不大。锰含量随着磷肥用量的增加而增加。

Abstract:采用N、P二因素五水平和N、P、K三因素五水平最优设计,在陕西商洛进行了丹参的氮磷钾肥施用量及配比试验研究。求得丹参NP和NPK的肥效反应数学模型,通过模拟选优,提出了丹参El标产量在5000~5700kg/hm^2之间的N、P用量是N115.5~214.3kg/hm^2,P2O5用量是153.4~243.4kg/hm^2(N:P2O5=1:1.15)。丹参目标产量在8000~9500kg/hm^2之间的N、P、K施肥用量N133.8~207.5kg/hm^2,P2O5用量是68.25~115.8kg/hm^2,K2O用量是80.3~146.5kg/hm^2(N:P2O5:K2O=1:0.54:0.67)。

Abstract:以耐盐性不同的水稻品种Pokkali(耐盐)和Peta(盐敏感)为材料,研究了叶绿体中保护系统对盐胁迫的响应。结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫时间的增加,供试两品种叶绿体中H2O2和MDA含量增加,耐盐品种Pokkali增加的幅度明显小于盐敏感品种Peta;NaCl胁迫下叶绿体内的SOD活性下降,APX、GR活性和.ASA、GSH含量均为先升后降,耐盐品种Pokkali下降的幅度小于Peta。在200mmol/L NaCl胁迫过程中,Pokkali叶绿体内SOD、APX、GR活性和ASA、GSH含量均高于Peta,说明在NaCl胁迫下耐盐品种叶绿体内清除活性氧的能力强于盐敏感品种。

Abstract:分析了一氧化氮(NO)对小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)叶片干旱诱导膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:不同浓度NO均能使干旱胁迫下小麦叶片的相对含水量先降后升,而:MDA含量先升后降,O2-释放速率下降,SOD活性升高,POD活性降低;同时,NO可以提高脯氨酸含量。这些结果表明NO提高了小麦叶片的抗氧化能力,降低了干旱胁迫诱导的膜脂过氧化损伤。

Abstract:对蒙自凤仙花茎尖的离体保存研究结果表明:培养温度在12℃、18℃和24℃,每天12h光照(2000 lx),添加1%~5%甘露醇的MS培养基对茎尖的生长有抑制作用。最适保存条件为12℃,甘露醇含量为3%,保存1年后存活率为100%;存活的幼苗及茎尖接种于增殖培养基,仍能正常生长、增殖和生根。
