Abstract:采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分离方法,以牛血清蛋白(67kD)和卵清蛋白(43kD)为分子量标记,对甘肃河西灌区近几年选育的17个小麦品系以及大面积栽培的2个春小麦品种的低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成以及不同亚基对面团流变学特性(面团韧性P、延伸性L、面团筋力W)的影响进行分析。19个试验材料中共标记出从35.2~60.5kD的LMW-GS共32条谱带;通过单因素方差分析(ANOVA)和逐步回归分析确定出对面团流变学特性P、L、W值影响显著的7个LMW-GS,分子量由高到低为:52.7kD、52kD、49.3kD、46.7kD、44.8kD、44.2kD、35.2kD。其中35.2kD和46.7kD亚基能显著地增加面团P值,44.8kD亚基能显著地降低面团P值;44.2kD和49.3kD亚基显著增加面团L值,52.7kD亚基降低面团L值;44.8kD、52.7kD亚基能显著降低面团的W值,52.0kD和46.7kD亚基能显著提高面团W值。

Abstract:以遗传性稳定的小麦品种(品系)和杂交分离世代为材料,通过谷蛋白溶涨指数(SIG)与SDS沉淀值的相关性分析,评价SIG在小麦品质育种中应用的可能性。15个供试小麦品种(品系)的SIG值与湿面筋含量、面筋指数、常量SDS沉淀值的正相关均达到极显著水平,SIG值可预测小麦品种(品系)的蛋白质品质。在两杂交组合的F1到F4中,微量SDS沉淀值与SIG值之间均达到极显著正相关水平;分离世代变异系数大于10%。两组合微量SDS沉淀值和SIG值的广义遗传力均表现较高。SIG法在小麦品种(品系)、分离世代单株品质指标选择方面与SDS沉淀值法高度相关,具有同等的鉴定效果,是一种样品用量少、操作简便快速、结果精确的小麦早代品质检测的有效方法。

Abstract:对小麦小孢子发育的各个时期,经GENESIS处理的和未处理的植株花药的总呼吸活性(Vt)、细胞色素途径呼吸活性(ρ′Vcyt)和交替途径实际呼吸活性(ρValt)进行了比较研究,结果表明,在各时期,处理植株花药的Vt呼吸均低于未处理植株,尤以单核期最为明显;在小孢子减数分裂期、四分体期和单核期,处理小麦植株花药的ρ′Vcyt均明显降低,而在小孢子减数分裂期和四分体期ρValt出现明显升高。结论认为,由呼吸过程中电子传递途径运行的改变而造成处理植株花药呼吸代谢的紊乱,可能是GENESIS诱导小麦雄性不育发生的重要原因。

Abstract:贵农22号是利用簇毛麦(Haynaldia villosa)、硬粒小麦(Triticum durum)及普通小麦(Triticum aestuvum)杂交而育成的普通小麦品种,其抗中国目前流行和出现的条锈菌小种,已成为目前重要的抗小麦条锈病抗源。为了明确该品种抗锈遗传规律并进行应用前景评价,用一个流行的强毒性小种条中31号和一个突变弱毒性小种CY29-mut3,分别接种贵农22与国际已知抗锈基因品种Moro及感病品种辉县红双列杂交F2、F2代各株系幼苗,对贵农22号进行了抗锈性遗传分析,以便于在抗病育种中进一步应用。研究结果表明,贵农22号有三对独立遗传的抗条锈基因,暂定名为YrGui 1、YrGui 2和YrGui 3,它们表达稳定,不受亲本正反交影响,而并不具有Yr 10。Yr10基因载体品种Moto中有二或四对基因抗中国不同的条锈菌小种,不同小种及正反交对基因的表达有影响,为父本时其对CY29-mut3小种有两对完全显性基因、一对中度抗病基因及一对隐性抗病基因,而为母本时有一对完全显性基因和一对中度抗病基因起抗病作用;对条中31号,其为父本时有一对显性基因和一对隐性基因,为母本时可能存在两对累加作用基因或两对隐性抗病基因控制抗痫作用。

Abstract:为了阐明狼牙刺群落恢复过程中种间关系动态特征及其与群落稳定性关系,通过对29个样地调查,采用2×2列联表、方差分析、χ2检验及Jaccard指数分析,对黄土高原丘陵沟壑区经过8a,20a,30a封禁的狼牙刺群落中主要种群间联结性进行了比较研究.结果表明,在封禁8a的的群落中,种群间总体联结性表现出一定程度的正相关,但种间关系不够稳定.封禁20a的群落中,主要种群间总体相关性表现出显著正相关,主要种群间显著负关联种对明显减少,正关联种对增加.封禁30a的群落,种群间负关联进一步减少,主要种群间总体间表现出极显著的正相关,种间关系逐步趋于稳定.随着狼牙刺种群恢复,主要种群间关系日趋复杂,种间关系除过受非生物因素影响,还有物种对环境的改善、物种之间相互适应与竞争等生物因素影响,部分种间关系逐渐演化成共存互利关系.群落中强阳性的植物减少,中生性的植物增加,种群间关系逐步达到相对稳定的阶段.采取封禁措施,减少人为干扰,是狼牙刺群落恢复的有效途径.

Abstract:在夏玉米的不同生长阶段,测定冠层光谱,结合农学参数(LTN、CHL.C、CHL.D、LAI),研究了农学参数的光谱响应规律及其与冠层光谱参量(反射率R、一阶微分光谱R′和红边位置REP)的相关性,并建立预测数学模型,结果表明,拔节一抽雄期,伴随着植株生长和群体壮大,红边斜率缓慢增加,红边位置呈逐渐偏向长波方向的“红移”,至抽雄期群体稳定后而停止;开花-乳熟期,随着个体衰老和群体减弱,红边斜率减小,红边位置又呈偏向短波方向的“蓝移”。利用一阶微分光谱和红边位置推算夏玉米冠层CHL.D不仅是可行的,而且反演精度较高,最适模型分别为指数(R^2=0.9487)和抛物线(R^2=0.9392)。

Abstract:濒危植物翅果油树是集中分布于山西南部的一种珍稀油料木本植物。以生物化学手段测定了翅果油树三个种群的叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性,并用统计学方法,欧氏距离、Word’s聚类分析及主因子分析进行了分析。结果表明:翅果油树在三个种群间已有遗传分化,种群内个体间的遗传变异也有明显差异,自然种群与其生境有密切关系。从而为翅果油树的选种育苗和森林营造提供科学依据。

Abstract:通过对青藏高原东部玛多县境内高寒地区20个科、38个属、62种植物叶片的稳定性碳同位素的测定,来确定植物群落的光合型。结果表明,所测定的62种植物的稳定性碳同位素比值(δ^13C)介于-28.6‰和-25.2‰之间,说明这62种植物均属于C3植物,没有C3植物或CAM植物。植物这种光合型的分布与该研究区的环境因素有密切关系,低温是该区没有C3植物分布的关键因素,同时光合型的分布也反映了植物对独特地理环境的适应。

Abstract:在陕西渭北黄土高原沟壑区,通过田间试验研究冬小麦不同栽培模式对旱地土壤水分和水分生产效率的影响。试验设栽培模式、施氮和密度等3种因子,栽培模式设露地栽培(常规)、秸秆覆盖(覆草)、地膜覆盖(平膜)、垄上覆膜沟中覆草垄沟种植(垄沟)4种方式;施氮设不施氮、施120kg/hm^2N和240kg/hm^2N三个水平;密度设播量180kg/hm^2和225kg/hm^2 2个水平。试验结果表明,不同栽培模式下土壤水分在不同生育期的变化趋势基本一致;平覆膜与垄沟种植均有良好的保墒和集水作用,平覆膜水分的生产效率比常规模式增加41.3%~52.4%;垄沟种植比常规模式增加38.8%~64.6%。覆草具有一定的保墒作用,在小麦生长前期及40cm以上的土层中效果明显,其水分生产效率高于常规种植的24.1%。氮肥对土壤贮水量具有极显著影响,但不同密度对土壤贮水量基本上无影响。

Abstract:以不同生长年限的苜蓿地为材料,研究了苜蓿在生长过程中土壤养分的变化趋势。结果表明:在苜蓿生长年限10~23a内,随着种植时间延长苜蓿生物量和体内养分累积量呈下降趋势。23a生苜蓿已进入衰败期,土壤肥力逐渐得到恢复,苜蓿根系养分含量随种植年限延长呈明显的增加趋势。不同生长年限苜蓿地土壤NO3ˉN的含量变化趋势相同,2m以内土层生长年限越短。NO3ˉ-N含量越少,2m以下变化趋势相反。NH4^ -N含量变化规律不明显,表层高于下层,生长年限长的含量较低。
