Abstract:对3种荒漠植物沙拐枣、梭梭和沙枣在干旱胁迫下的抗氧化能力进行了比较研究。结果表明,3种荒漠植物长期处于干旱生境下,都受到不同程度的膜脂过氧化,其中,沙枣的膜脂过氧化程度大于梭梭和沙拐枣。在1d的变化中,随着水势的下降,上午10:00前3种植物体内MDA含量都表现为上升趋势,此后梭梭和沙拐枣体内MDA含量表现为持续下降,到下午18:00达到最低,说明尽管水分胁迫在加强,它们却表现出极强的抗氧化胁迫能力;而沙枣体内MDA含量在下午18:00又开始上升,表明沙枣表现出一定的调节能力,但其能力有限,低于梭梭和沙拐枣。3种植物对干旱胁迫的应激方式不同;沙拐枣体内的SOD活性和ASA含量明显高于梭梭和沙枣,这与其体内相对较低的O2含量具有很好的一致性;对于植物体内H2O2的清除,抗氧化酶系统对沙拐枣体内的H2O2的清除起了一定的作用,但不是主要的,抗氧化剂GSH起主要作用,而梭梭体内南抗氧化酶系统中的CAT起主要作用,抗氧化剂起辅助作用;沙枣体内的AsA-POD起主要作用,其它的抗氧化酶和氧化剂起辅助作用。同时,植物体内还保持管各种酶的平衡。

Abstract:以胡杨披针形叶和宽卵形叶作为实验材料,对其组织水平的离子含量及不同类型细胞的离子分布特征、可溶性有机渗透调节物质的含量、液泡膜H+-ATPase的活性进行了测定。结果表明,Na+、Cl-、K+、Ca2+等离子的分布在两种叶片及不同细胞中有差异,主要表现为宽卵形叶中Na+、Cl-的含量分别为披针形叶的111.2%和118.4%,Na/K值和Na/Ca值分别为0.75和1.78,均高于披针形叶的。宽卵形叶的栅栏细胞的Na/K值和Na/Ca值较其维管束鞘细胞的高,而披针形叶的则正相反;宽卵形叶较披针形叶含有较高浓度的可溶性糖和脯氨酸,分别为514和0.751μmol·g-1FW,而甜菜碱的含量较低,为0.703μmol·g-1FW;宽卵形叶的液泡膜H+-ATPase的活性较披针形叶的高15.47%。以上结果表明胡杨宽卵形叶的渗透调节能力较强于披针形叶。本文还对两种叶片对胡杨适应其盐渍化生境的贡献进行了讨论。

Abstract:采用沙培法,以玉米品种V1和V2为试验材料,定量分析缺钾对玉米生长和发育的影响.从胚芽鞘叶完全展开时,设置营养液中钾的浓度为3个梯度,分别为KH=8 mmol·L-1;KM=4 mmol·L-1;KO=0 mmol·L-1.从胚芽鞘叶完全展开到吐丝期经常浇这3种营养液.用有效积温来计算玉米生长期间所需热量,把每日完好的叶面积作为玉米生长的衡量指标;每天记录每株玉米的叶片数,不管叶片的大小,作为衡量植株生长发育的方法.在每一个钾元素供应水平上,品种V1和V2的叶片数和自播种以来的受热时间呈直线相关.在KO水平上,V1和V2的发育速率分别是10%和15%,相对于KH水平来说是低的.在11片叶子期间,KO水平上的叶面积大约比KH水平上的低46%,KM水平上的叶面积大约比KH水平上的低25%;在玉米抽雄期,KO水平上的叶面积相对于KH来说减少37%,比KM水平上的少26%.这种差异从抽穗期开始一直保持到吐丝期.

Abstract:实验分析了有机土栽培下温室内CO2浓度变化规律,研究了增施CO2对温室番茄植株生理效应、产量、果实品质的影响.结果表明有机土栽培条件下温室内CO2浓度变化存在明显的季节变化和日变化.温室内CO2浓度在11月和3月,最高浓度达到1 200 μL·L-1以上,在改善温光条件下,可不施或少施CO2;而7月温室内CO2日最高浓度在500 μL·L-1以下,每天应提早增施CO2.CO2空间分布为近地面层》畦面》植株内部》冠层》株顶上部.不同的栽培方式下,有机土壤栽培CO2浓度日变化范围为331~1 294 μL·L-1,而外界浓度与土壤无作物栽培方式日变化范围为327~556 μL·L-1,土壤栽培CO2变化范围为402~1 047 μL·L-1.光照强度是影响温室内CO2浓度和利用效率的主要因素.与对照相比,温室内增施CO2番茄株高增加18.29%,总干重增加18.69%,功能叶面积增加22.02%,光合速率提高48.92%,叶绿素含量增加33.00%,羧化效率提高87.50%,产量增加 26.48%,果实Vc增加33.27%,番茄红素增加30.98%,差异均达到显著水平.

Abstract:在观察了中国柽柳科(Tamaricaceae)4属27种植物花粉形态的基础上,对其进行了聚类分析。观察结果表明:该科植物花粉为三沟类型,无三拟孔沟类型,形态及外壁雕纹属间差异明显。花粉特征聚类分析结果表明,中国柽柳科植物花粉大致划分为明显的三组,所包含的种(某些种除外)分别隶属于柽柳科的4属:琵琶柴属(ReaumuriaLinn.)、水柏枝属(MyricariaDesv.)、山柽柳属(MyrtamaOvcz&Kinz.)和柽柳属(TamarixLinn.),而有争议的山柽柳属虽同柽柳属聚在一起,但也较早地分出成为独立的一支,结合种子形态及分子生物学证据,支持将秀丽山柽柳从水柏枝属中分出而另立新属,为传统分类学将该科划分为4属提供了依据。聚类分析进一步将水柏枝属植物花粉和柽柳属植物花粉分别分为2种类型,而琵琶柴属植物花粉类除个别种体积存在差异外,其纹饰类型较为单一,仅划分为1种类型。柽柳属植物花粉聚类分析结果与该属植物花盘类型的划分结果基本一致,融生花盘类型植物的花粉则在两组中均有出现,可能是间生花盘和假顶生花盘类型间的过渡类型。
