Abstract:为了探明鸟类摄食中国沙棘果实后对中国沙棘种群扩散的作用,对①来自鸟粪肥的种子。②人工用酸和高温处理的种子和③作为对照的天然种子的萌发率和萌发速度进行比较,3种类型的种子均区分为具内果皮种子和不具内果皮种子两组。结果表明:酸性和高温环境对两种类型种子的萌发率影响不大,但中国沙棘果实的内果皮不仅使种子萌发推迟,而且还降低了种子的萌发率。灰喜鹊的消化作用虽然降低了中国沙棘种子的萌发率和萌发速度,但对中国沙棘种子的传播和种群的扩散仍有促进作用。

Abstract:以盆栽萝卜为材料,研究了叶面喷布100~300mg/L ALA对萝卜植株生长、光合作用以及叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明,ALA促进萝卜植株生长与其促进植株中下部叶片的光合作用有关。ALA处理提高了叶片光合表观量子效率,并降低了光补偿点。叶绿素荧光动力学资料显示,ALA处理不仅降低了叶绿素初始荧光Fv、稳态荧光Fs以及两者的差值ΔFu,还降低了暗适应以及光照下的最大荧光(Fm和Fm′)和可变荧光(Fv和Fv′),但是不影响PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm),对于中下部叶片PSⅡ实际光化学效率(φPSⅡ)还有明显的促进作用。ALA处理植株叶片光合非循环电子传递速率ETR显著提高,300mg/L ALA处理还降低了光合相对限制值L(PFD)。ALA具有促进叶绿素荧光光化学猝灭和非光化学猝灭的双重特性,其中,前者提高了叶片光化学速率,后者增加热耗散量以及提高热耗散速率。另外,本试验结果显示,ALA处理提高了植株基部叶片的叶绿素含量以及中下部叶片类萝卜素含量。以上参数变化说明ALA通过诱导光抑制保护机制来提高叶片光合效率。

Abstract:在位于中国北部半干旱区的多伦县选择 3种不同生活型的植物 ,每种生活型各选取 3种有代表性的植物 :3种落叶乔木白桦 Betula platyphylla 、山定子 Malus baccata 、山杏 Prunus armeniaca ,3种落叶灌木黄柳 Sal-ix flavida 、山刺玫 Rosa davurica 、羊柴 H edysarum laeve 和 3种多年生草本地榆 Sanguisorba officinalis 、菊叶委陵菜 Potentilla tanacetifolia 、叉分蓼 Polygonum divaricatum ,对它们的氮素回收特征进行了研究 .结果表明 :乔木、灌木及草本 3种不同生活型植物的氮素回收效率分别为 4 3.4 2 %、5 8.84 %、73.76 % ,氮素回收水平分别为 12 .4 m g· g- 1、10 .7mg· g- 1和 8.2 m g· g- 1 .两种深根系生活型植物 乔木、灌木 的枯叶具有较高的氮素浓度 即回收水平低 ,并且成熟绿叶与枯叶中的氮素浓度差异较小 即回收效率低 ,与之相比 ,浅根系的多年生草本植物的枯叶具有较低的氮素浓度 即回收水平高 ,并且成熟绿叶与枯叶中的氮素浓度差异较大 即回收效率高 .不同生活型植物氮素回收能力的差异说明了不同生活型植物对生境具有不同的氮素适应策略 ,另一方面 ,氮素回收效率和氮素回收水平可作为衡量植物氮素回收能力的两个重要参数 .

Abstract:利用大型活动式防雨旱棚 ,人工控制不同土壤含水量 ,全生育期系统研究了轻度及严重土壤干旱胁迫对夏玉米根系活力、叶片相对含水量、离体叶片保水力和根、叶质膜透性的影响 .结果表明 :土壤干旱胁迫下 ,玉米叶片相对含水量下降、离体叶片保水力降低 ;叶片及根系质膜透性上升 ,并且根的质膜透性比叶片上升快 ,根系活力下降 ;在干旱胁迫下 ,根系、叶片质膜透性与叶片相对含水量呈负相关 ,而根系、叶片质膜透性与离体叶片保水力呈显著正相关 ,根系膜透性与叶片膜透性也呈显著正相关 ,维持根系活力与保持较高的叶片含水量有密切关系 .另外 ,由于严重水分胁迫处理的上述特性和充分供水处理差异显著 ,而轻度胁迫和充分供水不显著 ,因此可以认为轻度水分胁迫 ,即土壤含水量为田间持水量的 6 0± 5 %为夏玉米正常生长发育的下限指标 ,可作为制定节水栽培措施的理论依据 .

Abstract:研究了不同剂量的紫外-B辐射与浓度倍增的CO2复合处理对大棚黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)生长发育过程中植株形态、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量以及SOD、POD、CAT酶活性的影响。结果表明:作形态方面,UV-B辐射明显降低了植株的株高、叶柄长度、叶面积,而茎粗增加。复合处理B2C明显提高了黄瓜叶绿素的含量,整个处理对黄瓜蛋白质的含量没有大的影响;酶活性以B2C处理时,其SOD、POD、CAT酶活性最高。说明一定低剂量的UV-B与CO2相复合时,可以促进黄瓜的生长发育,其促进程度大于CO2单因子的效应。

Abstract:对红木花色素的理化性质及微波提取方法进行了研究.结果表明红木红色素可能属醇溶性黄酮类,其耐酸、耐氧化性很好,耐光氧化和耐热处理性极佳,而耐碱性和耐Fe2+、Fe3+、Cu2+、Pb2+盐离子性较差.微波提取工艺研究表明微波提取时间在设定的提取工艺三因素中居主要影响,其次是乙醇用量和浓度;只需一次微波处理便可将花瓣中红色素提完.进一步研究该色素的光照和热处理降解特性,结果表明在设定的各处理温度下,该红色素降解均很缓慢,但其降解速度随设定处理温度升高呈加快趋势.在90℃~100℃的热处理下,其降解速度与热处理时间有A(最大光吸收)~t及lnA~t线性相关关系;当低于90℃时,仅80℃的设定热处理下有lnA~t直线相关,而A~t间都不呈线性关系.连续光照处理中,随处理时间延长其降解幅度极小,降解速度与光照时间不存在A~t及lnA~t线性相关.

Abstract:中间偃麦草含有丰富的优良基因,在小麦的遗传改良中具有重要利用价值。对从中间偃麦草与小麦品种烟农15杂种后代(BC2F4)中选育的小麦种质系山农0095进行形态学和细胞学鉴定,结果表明:山农0095株高78cm,穗长17.3cm,旗叶长36.3cm,旗叶宽3.03cm,茎杆粗壮,繁茂性好,既长又宽的旗叶、长圆锥型穗是其显著的形态学特征;其根尖细胞染色体数日为2n=42,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ(PMC M Ⅰ)染色体构型为2n=21Ⅱ;它与普通小麦的杂种FⅠPMC M Ⅰ绝大多数细胞出现2个单价体,没有观察到多价体,平均染色体构型为2n=20.08Ⅱ 1.84Ⅰ。以上结果表明,山农0095是一个小麦-中间偃麦草的双体异代换系。
