Abstract:孢子发育时期与花蕾形态特征、花药颜色具有相关性。本试验目的是确定黄瓜花药的最佳培养时期,并确定对应的选蕾标准。对基因型、预处理等花药培养主要影响因素研究结果表明:不同基因型小孢子单核中后期花蕾长度不同,形态上没有差异;同一基因型的小孢子发育不同时期的花器特征和诱导率均有差异,单核中后期花药诱导率最高;低温预处理有利于保持小孢子的活力;花药培养中以黑暗中4℃、48~72h低温预处理最有助于愈伤发生。实验结果表明,黄瓜花药培养中小孢子最佳培养时期为单核中后期,取蕾标准为:花蕾长度0.90~1.50cm,绿色,瓣尖未张开,花药白绿色或淡绿色。

Abstract:利用连续25a在无石灰性潮土的定位施肥试验,研究了长期施肥对冬小麦品质及产量构成因素的影响,结果表明,高量有机肥配施高量氮肥、氮磷钾配施能提高冬小麦面粉吸水率、沉降值,延长面团形成时间、稳定时间和断裂时间,提高氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸含量。高量有机肥配施高量氮肥可提高冬小麦籽粒中谷氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸和苯丙氨酸的含量.增加37.21%~54.62%.与对照比较均达极显著水平。长期施肥对作物籽粒氨基酸含量的影响也不相同,冬小麦籽粒中氨基酸含量受施肥影响最大的是谷氨酸,变异系数(CV)为14%,最小的是苏氨酸和赖氨酸,CV为7.67%及5.27%。

Abstract:对不同水分条件下小麦叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数及光合速率的变化进行了研究.结果表明,随着胁迫的加剧.其叶绿素含量降低,且叶绿素a的含量下降比叶绿素b的含量要快。住不同水分条件下,叶片叶绿素含量及光合速率随生育进程的变化趋势基本一致.拔节期到抽穗期迅速上升,灌浆期后迅速下降,且叶绿素含量与光合速率呈显著的正相关。在水分胁迫下旗叶的T12值减少.旗叶光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在活性(Fv/Fo)降低.胁迫程度越大其值降低幅度越大,轻度胁迫与对照相比其值降低幅度小。而重度胁迫其值急剧下降,这些值的降低,导致了光合作用的潜在活力降低,影响了光合电子的传递和CO2同化的正常进行,最终导致产量降低。

Abstract:利用砂培试验研究了不同氮素形态对向日葵生长和光合功能的影响。结果表明:NO^3-N(NN)处理的株高、叶面积、干物质重显著高于NH4^ -N(AA)处理,施用NO3^--N的植株有较高的净光合速率(Pn)和较低的气孔导度(C8)、细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)。不同处理之间Fv/Fm没有显著差异,NN处理的植株PSⅡ线性电子传递量子效率ФPSⅡ、光化学荧光猝灭系数qP和表观光合电子传递效率ETR都显著高于AA处理的植株;而非光化学荧光猝灭系数qN则明显低于AA处理的植株。碳同化受到抑制是NH4^ -N条件下净光合速率下降的重要原因。
