Abstract:和4月20日(正常播期)、6月15日(晚播)两个播期条件下.对棉花1~4果枝1、2果节棉铃及其对位果枝叶于花后15d和30d涂抹外源生理活性物质:6%蔗糖和0.6%符氨酰胺混合溶液(C+N)、2%蔗糖和0.2%谷氨酰胺混合溶液(1/3C+1/3N)及12%蔗精和1.2%谷氨酰胺混合溶液(2C+2N).各浓度处理的C/N比值相同。统计正常播期铃龄50d和纤维加厚发育期(铃龄25~50d)日均温分别为28.5℃、28.1℃.晚播铃龄50d和纤维加厚发育期日均温分刖为22.9℃、21.4℃(超过了相应的临界温度21℃和18℃)。试验结果表明.晚播条件下,花后15dC+N处理以及花后30d 2C+2N处理促进了氮和可溶性糖的运转.均使铃重增加最大,分别达0.40g和0.58g。3种浓度外源生理活性物质均增加了纤维素的累积量.且于花后30d促进了螺旋角(φ)和取向分布角(ψ)的优化.提高了纤维比强度.其中以2C+2N处理提高纤维比强度幅度最大.达1.45cN/tex。花后15d以1/3C+1/3N处理对提高纤维比强度最有利.达2.10cN/tex。

Abstract:主要研究了不同施肥处理(肥料种类不同和施肥量配比不同)对温室樱桃番茄果实和土壤硝酸盐含量变化的影响.结果表明:不同施肥处理果实中硝酸盐含量随追肥次数的增加,逐渐加大,到采收中期达生育期内最大值,最终略有累积;果实中硝酸盐含量为49.6~273.0 m g.k-g 1,亚硝酸盐含量为0.011~0.054 m g.kg-1.第4次追肥后果实与土壤(0~40 cm土层)中硝酸盐含量在追肥后6~9 d达最大值,以后开始下降.果实内硝酸盐的累积量与土壤硝酸盐含量成显著正相关.合理的氮肥施用量不会造成果实内硝酸盐含量的过量累积;有机肥配施适量化肥对改善果实品质、提高果实产量、调节土壤硝酸盐含量变化有着很好的效果.

Abstract:在温室盆栽条件下,用NaCl处理新疆长果阿月浑子与美国品种Kerman,处理浓度为50、150、250和500 mmol·L-1,盐处理后5、10、20 d分别取叶、茎和根,测定各器官中Na+、K+含量及Na+/K+变化规律.研究结果表明,随着土壤盐浓度的增加,长果阿月浑子和Kerman的叶、茎和根中Na+离子含量在盐处理5、10、20 d后每个处理都表现出升高趋势;而两个品种的叶、根和茎中的K+含量在盐处理后其变化规律都不稳定.长果阿月浑子叶片、茎和根系中Na+/K+的比值在盐处理5 d和10 d都升高.Kerman的叶和根系中Na+/K+比值在处理5、10、20 d后升高;茎中Na+/K+处理10 d后升高,但20 d后没有明显变化.实验结果表明NaCl胁迫后,长果阿月浑子的叶片中Na+含量增加幅度均大于Kerman,Kerman根和茎中的Na+含量增加幅度大于长果阿月浑子;NaCl胁迫5 d和10 d后,长果阿月浑子叶片中的Na+/K+的比值高于Kerman,Kerman茎和根部中的Na+/K+的比值高于长果阿月浑子,表明了长果阿月浑子和Kerman都具有一定的耐盐性,但Kerman的耐盐性强于长果阿月浑子.由于叶片和根中Na+和Na+/K+比值的变化很稳定,可以确定为阿月浑子主要抗盐指标,茎中Na+/K+的变化规律较稳定,可以作为抗盐性参考指标.

Abstract:从新疆帕米尔高原采集豆科植物根瘤,经分离纯化获得68株供试根瘤菌,并选取36株参比菌株,进行唯一碳源利用、唯一氮源利用、对抗生素和染料抗性、耐盐性、初始pH生长、温度生长范围及石蕊牛奶反应、氧化酶、过氧化氧酶、脲酶共117项生理生化性状测定,并进行比较分析。结果表明:帕米尔高原豆科植物根瘤菌在碳氮源利用、抗生素敏感性、对染料抗性程度等方面存在着差异。该地区豆科植物根瘤菌均能耐受低温,并具有较强的耐盐、耐碱能力,所有供试菌株均能在初始pH9~12的YMA培养基上生长,84.7%的菌株能耐受3.0%的NaCl。从数值分类树状图可见,在86%的相似水平上未知菌株构成了4个新的表观群。第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类群分别有19、5、6、8株菌,中心菌株分别为NWHQLP412、NWHQLP481、NWTX1901、NWTX952。

Abstract:为阐明秦岭冷杉种群分布格局动态特征,达到有效保护和恢复的目的,通过野外调查,采用相邻格子样方法,离散分布拟合、扩散系数、Morisita指数、均方-曲线等方法,对不同生境和年龄阶段的秦岭冷杉种群的空间分布格局及其动态进行了系统研究。结果表明:(1)秦岭冷杉种群空间分布格局在不同发育阶段和不同生境条件下基本属于聚集型分布,在25m^2、150m^2和300m^2的面积上聚集强度较大。天然条件下,种群聚集强度最大取样尺度,可能是其种群更新的最佳面积。(2)秦岭冷杉种群空间分布格局随海拔上升,聚集强度降低;聚集强度在海拔1300~1700m较小,在海拔1700~2100m地区较大;阴坡种群分布聚集强度大于阳坡。(3)随着种群年龄增加,分布格局由聚集型向随机型过渡,聚集强度减弱;聚集性最强的尺度规模在幼、中龄期为50m^2,老龄期为300m^2。(4)种群的空间分布格局与生物生态学特性、生境条件关系密切。在未来森林经营和种群恢复中,应针对生境和种群年龄,森林抚育管理作业面积应该尽量接近聚集强度最大的尺度。低海拔和阴坡应该适度间伐非目的乔木树种,高海拔和阳坡地区,应适度清理灌木和草本层,为群落内团块状更新创造空间;实行就地保护,减少人为干扰,促进天然更新保护策略。
