Abstract:采用真空干燥、冷冻干燥、微波干燥、蒸后烘干、烘干和晒干等6种干燥技术对大白期金银花花蕾外观性状及内在品质的影响进行分析研究.结果表明:(1)微波干燥、蒸后烘干和冷冻干燥所获得的金银花外观品质好;(2)从水溶出物量和醇溶出物量上看,微波干燥、蒸后烘干和晒干技术所获得的溶出物量高;用比色法和HPLC法检测显示,蒸后烘干样品中有效成分———绿原酸、总黄酮含量最高,其次是微波干燥法,而烘干样品中含量最低;(3)不同干燥技术对金银花中营养成分———游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量的影响以及对药用有效成分的影响不同,因此金银花作为药材使用时应选择蒸后烘干技术进行初加工;(4)晒干、冷冻干燥和微波干燥3种干燥方法对金银花挥发油主要组分种类没有产生影响,但相对质量分数仍有明显差异,只有晒干的金银花挥发油中检测出了9,19-环化-羊毛甾烯醇,而微波干燥的样品中维生素E含量最高,挥发油中γ-5-谷甾烯-3-醇、5,2-豆甾二烯-3-醇、菜籽甾醇相对含量较其它方法明显高出很多.因此,蒸后烘干和微波干燥技术可作为规模化干燥加工金银花的最佳方法.

Abstract:以26个大蒜品种为试验材料,分析了不同品种不同生长期和不同产品器官硝酸盐积累特点,结果表明:大蒜不同生长时期和不同产品器官中硝酸盐积累量不同,叶片和叶鞘中硝酸盐含量在生长旺盛的春季(4月5日)和早春(3月14日)明显高于冬季(1月7日);不同器官以蒜苗中最高,蒜薹中次之,蒜头中最低;蒜苗中硝酸盐含量多为叶鞘高于叶片.大蒜不同品种间叶鞘、叶片、蒜薹和蒜头中硝酸盐含量均有极显著差异,按照沈明珠等的4级分类标准,3个品种叶鞘中,9个品种叶片中,4个品种蒜薹中,22个品种蒜头中的硝酸盐含量均低于432 mg/kg,属轻度积累;大蒜中硝酸盐含量最高仅达到三级(785~1 440 mg/kg),属高度积累.依据国家标准(GB18406.1-2001),大蒜不同品种的各产品器官中硝酸盐含量均未超出限量指标.

Abstract:采用营养液栽培系统,以黄瓜品种中农8号为材料,研究了Ca2 对根际低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗体内超氧阴离子(O2?-)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱苷肽还原酶(GR)活性的影响.结果表明:低氧胁迫下黄瓜体内活性氧含量和保护酶活性均高于对照;低氧缺钙处理的活性氧含量最高,而保护酶活性却较低;营养液Ca2 浓度提高到8mmol/L后,显著降低了低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗体内MDA、H2O2含量和O?2-产生速率,提高了SOD、POD、CAT、APX、GR活性,说明Ca2 可减少低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗体内活性氧的产生,提高抗氧化酶的活性、降低膜脂过氧化水平,减缓低氧胁迫对植株的伤害,增强黄瓜幼苗对低氧逆境的适应性.
