Abstract:在温室水培条件下对通辽杨(Populus simoniiCarr.×P.nigraL.‘Tongliao’)花粉母细胞减数分裂进程及其染色体行为进行了研究。结果表明:(1)通辽杨花粉母细胞减数分裂与其雄花芽/花序外部特征和花药颜色有着密切关系,前期Ⅰ作为减数分裂过程中最关键而复杂的一个阶段,大约占整个减数分裂进程90%的时间;中期Ⅰ存在单价体,后期Ⅰ有落后染色体出现,表现出较强的遗传杂合性,而且中期Ⅱ平行纺锤体的出现与天然花粉中大花粉的存在之间可能有着一定的联系;(2)在通辽杨减数分裂过程中核仁数目存在1~8个的动态变化,这种现象可能与杨属植物古多倍性起源有关,并推测通辽杨染色体组内至少存在8对带有次缢痕的染色体;(3)在同一个花芽,同一个小花,乃至同一个花药中,往往能同时观察到5~9个不同的分裂相,这种减数分裂不同步性是通辽杨适应环境的一种进化表现,对其种群繁殖具有重要意义。

Abstract:‘长选3S’是由‘培矮64S’通过辐射诱变选育出的长穗颈温敏核不育水稻.以‘K选3s’二核花粉期穗颈节问作为目标群体,‘培矮64S’二核花粉期穗颈节间作为对照群体,进行抑制差减杂交,川经过‘培矮64S’cDNA差减的‘长选3S’cDNA构建了一个含有大约130个独立克隆的差减文库;采用差减前的‘培矮64S’cDNA和‘长选3S’cDNA以及正向/反向差减杂交后的cDNA为模板标记探针,对随机挑取的96个承组质粒进行羞示筛选,获得了20个阳性候选克隆。从这些阳性候选克隆中随机挑取了8个进行Northern blot分析.证实其巾中1个候选克隆代表了在‘长选3S’穗颈节间中特异表达的基因.序列分析和同源性比较表明它与信号传导有关。这一在‘长选3S’穗颈节间特异表达的cDNA片段有助于进一步揭示其穗颈节间伸长的分子机制.并为水稻不育系的遗传改良提供有用的素材。

Abstract:采用AFLP(Amplified fragment length polymorphism)技术对黄瓜(Cucumis sativusL.)品种‘津绿4号’的单倍体、二倍体和四倍体进行基因组DNA多态性比较。结果表明:(1)从35对引物扩增获得2 188条60~500 bp的条带,多态性位点仅有20个,占0.92%,其中22对引物组合扩增的不同倍性材料的AFLP指纹没有明显差异;(2)在多态性位点表现中,以二倍体的条带存在,单倍体和(或)四倍体的条带丢失为主,在四倍体中扩增出1条特异带;(3)与相应的二倍体相比,单倍体和四倍体有特异片段的消失和增加。

Abstract:在温室采用砂培试验,比较研究了NaCl胁迫对2个菊芋(Helianthus tuberosusL.)品种‘南芋8号’(Ht 1,耐盐性较强)和‘南芋1号’(Ht 2,耐盐性较弱)幼苗生长及其离子吸收运输的影响。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,低浓度NaCl处理(255、0 mmol.L-1)促进了Ht 1根干物质积累和根冠比增加,有利于其养分吸收;较高浓度NaCl处理(1002、00 mmol.L-1)均显著降低2个品种的总干物质重以及叶片、茎、根干物质重,且Ht 2降幅较Ht 1大;(2)NaCl处理对菊芋幼苗根部相对含水量(RWC)没有显著影响,但对叶片和茎部RWC的影响较大,而且高浓度盐胁迫(200 mmol.L-1)下,耐盐品种Ht 1较Ht 2叶片能够保持较高的RWC;(3)NaCl处理下,Ht 1比Ht 2根部对K 的选择性较强,且由根部吸收的大量Na 和Cl-在运输过程中被区域化在茎部,因而向代谢活性较高的叶片运输量相对较少,这是Ht 1耐盐能力较强的一个重要原因。

Abstract:以秋冬季塑料大棚中盆栽西瓜幼苗为材料,研究了50~200 mg/L 5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)处理对低温弱光条件下西瓜植株光合特性、碳水化合物积累、抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,外源ALA处理显著提高了西瓜幼苗叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)。ALA处理还显著提高了叶片SOD和POD等抗氧化酶活性,但对CAT及APX活性影响不大,暗示ALA处理可能主要通过提高植株SOD和POD活性来促进西瓜幼苗活性氧代谢,从而保护细胞光合性能。处理后30 d分析表明,ALA处理植株干物质重量比对照高出42%~54%,淀粉含量增加62.2%~207.0%,可溶性糖含量也增加32.0%~87.1%。以上结果说明,ALA处理可以增强低温弱光条件下西瓜幼苗抗氧化系统活性,促进光合作用与光合产物积累,并促进植株生长。

Abstract:以乌兰布和沙漠东北部的甘蒙柽柳、沙木蓼、霸王、沙冬青、花棒、白刺、梭梭和柠条8种沙生灌木为材料,对沙生灌木生长季末期的光合生理特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)8种沙生灌木秋季的气孔导度日变化有明显的峰谷;气孔导度日均值最大的为梭梭(0.71 mol.m-2.s-1),最小的为柠条(0.08 mol.m-2.s-1);(2)8种沙生灌木秋季的光合速率日变化均呈现单峰曲线,影响光合速率变化的因素以非气孔限制因素为主;光合速率峰值出现时间以柠条最早(11:30),甘蒙柽柳和沙木蓼最晚(15:30);光合速率日均值最大的为沙木蓼(7.99μmol.m-2.s-1),最小的为柠条(3.40μmol.m-2.s-1);(3)蒸腾速率的日变化除梭梭和柠条呈现单峰曲线外,其余6种灌木呈现出准双峰曲线或双峰曲线;蒸腾速率日均值最大的为梭梭(4.42 mmol.m-2.s-1),最小的为柠条(0.47mmol.m-2.s-1);气孔运动因素对蒸腾作用的影响占据优势;(4)8种沙生灌木的光合水分利用效率在白昼普遍高于早晚,且以柠条的光合水分利用效率日均值最大(7.18μmol.mmol-1),梭梭最小(1.23μmol.mmol-1);蒸腾速率日均值高的沙生灌木光合水分利用效率日均值低,反之亦然。

Abstract:应用2005年5~10月份EOS/MODIS资料,采用光能利用率估算方法,对中国西北荒漠绿洲区甘肃省安西县荒漠草原区的月净第一生产力、年净第一生产力进行估算,并结合地面观测,分析了不同牧草类型NPP的时间变化和空间分布特征。结果表明,安西县荒漠草原区2005年牧草生长期内NPP的变化基本是6、7月份最大,其它月份较小,5~6月份是牧草叶面积变化比较大的时期,也是NPP变化比较显著的时期;荒漠牧草对光的利用能力和对CO2同化能力有很大差异,白刺、红砂、黑果枸杞是荒漠草场净生产力相对比较大的牧草类型;荒漠牧草区年净第一生产力的空间分布有很大的差异,禁牧区牧草的年NPP相对非禁牧区的NPP较大,这一结论与地面观测结果相一致,NPP估算值平均误差为12.6%。
