Abstract:用JEM-100CXⅡ透射电子显微镜对宁夏枸杞(Ly cium barbarum L.)花粉发育过程做了超微结构观察.结果表明,在花粉母细胞细线和偶线期,核糖体数量减少、线粒体结构简化;之后核糖体数量逐渐回升,后期Ⅰ线粒体结构恢复正常.小孢子液泡化过程中核糖体再次减少,同时线粒体和质体结构简化;在早期二胞花粉中,核糖体数量增加、线粒体和质体结构再度分化.花粉母细胞和小孢子发育过程中都存在“细胞质改组”现象,且这两次“细胞质改组”与细胞功能的转变密切相关.在次生造孢细胞、花粉母细胞和小孢子后期都有液泡数量明显增加或体积增大的过程.前两次液泡的增加可能参与了其胼胝质壁的构建;而小孢子晚期中的大液泡则创造了一种极性为其不等分裂作好了生理和结构上的准备.

Abstract:用焦锑酸钾沉淀法对45℃和28℃下黄瓜(新泰密刺)授粉后柱头及子房中C a2 分布进行了电镜观察,并采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(EL ISA)测定了叶片中的ABA含量及用等电聚焦聚丙烯酰胺双向电泳(IEF-SDS PAGE)方法对其蛋白合成的变化进行了研究.结果表明,28℃时柱头中的C a2 主要分布在细胞间隙中,经45℃处理后细胞间隙和胞内C a2 水平均显著升高,胞内外C a2 浓度梯度逐步丧失;45℃处理1 h后柱头和子房中内源ABA含量显著提高;高温处理后柱头和子房中产生了一些新的蛋白质,如柱头中的(MW26.0 kD,P I 5.4)、(MW90.0 kD,P I5.1)、(MW54.0 kD,P I 4.6)、(MW41.0 kD,P I 6.2),子房中的(MW90.0 kD,P I5.2)、(MW61.0 kD,P I 5.4)、(MW48.0 kD,P I 6.4)、(MW40.5 kD,P I 4.9);另有一些蛋白质与常温相比表达量大幅上调,如柱头中的(MW67.0kD,P I 5.8)、(MW56.5 kD,P I 5.8),子房中的(MW70.0 kD,P I 5.7)、(MW57.0 kD,P I 5.7).上述结果表明,C a2 和ABA信号系统均参与了授粉后黄瓜雌性器官对高温胁迫的反应调节并最终导致基因表达发生变化.

Abstract:用PAM 2000型便携式荧光测定系统测定了不同浓度N arc iclas ine(NCS)处理的离体萝卜子叶的荧光动力学参数:初始荧光(F0)、光化学淬灭(qP)、光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光合电子传递速率(ETR).结果表明,NCS对各种叶绿素荧光参数均显示出明显的抑制作用,而且NCS的抑制作用随其浓度的增加而逐渐增强;利用蓝绿温和胶电泳技术分析萝卜子叶类囊体膜蛋白复合物发现,转绿期间叶绿体中光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)和光系统捕光色素蛋白复合体的含量增加均被NCS抑制.表明从水仙鳞茎分泌物中分离提取的生物活性物质NCS能够明显抑制离体萝卜子叶的光下转绿,而且NCS对离体萝卜子叶光下转绿的抑制是多位点的.

Abstract:以2年生三叶漆(T erm inth ia p an icu la ta)幼苗为实验材料,研究了生长于全自然光和遮荫条件(光强相当于自然光强的50%)下幼苗的光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数对不同土壤水分条件的响应,探讨了其对干旱和强光胁迫的生理适应机制.结果表明,叶片相对含水量(RW C)、叶水势(Ψ)、最大光合速率(Pm ax)、表观量子效率(AQY)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)和光合色素含量都随干旱胁迫的加剧而下降.Pm ax、AQY、Rd和比叶重(LM A)随光强的增加而升高,色素含量则随光强升高而降低.Ch la/b、C ar/Ch l随干旱程度和光强的增加有升高的趋势.PSⅡ的最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和光化学量子效率(ФPSⅡ)在日间光较强时明显降低,说明发生了光抑制.电子传递速率(ETR)和非光化学猝灭系数(N PQ)随日间光强的增大而升高,表明三叶漆可能通过增强光呼吸和热耗散抵御光抑制、保护光合机构.二元方差分析表明,水分和光强具有明显的交互作用.全自然光下严重干旱的幼苗仍有较高的Pm ax(9.65μm o l.m-2.-s 1),说明三叶漆对干旱和强光具有极强的适应能力,这也是其成为干热河谷植被优势种的重要原因.

Abstract:用荧光淬灭分析技术研究了断根对冬小麦荧光特性的影响以及不同水分条件下断根对产量的影响.结果表明,在不同生育期中小麦断根与未断根处理相比其最大量子产量(Fv/Fo)和PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fm)无显著差异.通过对不同生育期荧光特性研究表明,断根初期小麦电子传递速率和有效光量子产量降低,而PSⅡ光合电子传递活性增加,孕穗期随着更多的能量向地上部的运转,此时根系补偿作用使ETR、ΦPSⅡ和qP增加,而且断根并显著降低光系统Ⅱ光化学效率.混播处理ΦPSⅡ和ETR值高于单播处理,认为断根降低了小麦的竞争能力,使总体光合活性增强,促进了能量向地上部运转,与混播处理产量增加相一致.小麦单播湿润处理下,断根降低了小麦穗重和地上部生物量,且籽粒产量降低了19.2%.在干旱处理下,断根降低了根冠比,提高了小麦穗重和籽粒产量.

Abstract:在6种不同浓度的铈(C e3 )对0.1 m g.L-1的Cu2 毒害下,研究了菹草叶片中保护酶SOD、POD、CAT的活性,活性氧H2O2,膜脂过氧化产物M DA含量及叶绿素含量等的变化及影响.结果表明,在9~12 d之内,7.5 m g.L-1以下的C e3 可以增强SOD、CAT、POD活性,降低M DA的含量,提高叶片中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量,从而减轻Cu2 对菹草植物体的伤害.而随着C e3 作用时间的延长和浓度的增大,C e3 的缓解作用不断减弱,C e3 和Cu2 产生协同效应,加重毒害.本实验结果认为,5~7.5 m g.L-1的C e3 缓解菹草叶片Cu2 毒害效果最好.

Abstract:在盆栽条件下,研究了3种染色体倍性小麦的叶绿素荧光参数受水分亏缺的影响.结果表明,水分亏缺下3种小麦灌浆期旗叶的荧光参数表现为F v/Fm(可变荧光与最大荧光比)、qP(光化学猝灭系数)、ETR(表观光电子传递速率)下降,qN P(非光化学猝灭系数)上升,导致3种小麦的光合速率下降,其中四倍体小麦的这些光合参数受影响最大.试验还发现正常供水下小麦随倍性增大光合速率降低,而qP升高,qN P下降,由此推断小麦从二倍体向四倍体、六倍体进化的过程中,PSⅡ(光系统Ⅱ)天线色素吸收的光能用于光化学反应的份额变大,PSⅡ反应中心非辐射能量耗散能力降低,导致用于光化学反应的光能更容易过量,造成光合机构损伤,引发光抑制,这有可能是小麦在进化中光合速率降低的一个原因.

Abstract:通过多年野外考查,在山西运城盐池湖区采集到蓝藻共17属35种(含变种),其中色球藻科9属19种,胶须藻科1属1种,颤藻科4属12种,念珠藻科3属3种.该区域的水体根据其含盐量的不同可分为4种类型:淡水水体(含盐量0.001%~0.05%)、混盐水体(含盐量0.05%~3%)、真盐水体(含盐量3%~4%)和高盐水体(含盐量4%~34.7%).受含盐量的影响,蓝藻在各类水体中的分布有明显差异,随含盐量增加,种类数减少,在高盐水体未见分布.与国内其它3个盐湖藻类的分布相比较,蓝藻在混盐水体比淡水水体具有更高的相似性.
