Abstract:利用RAPD技术,从130个随机引物中筛选出46个引物,对欧洲甜樱桃、欧洲酸樱桃、马哈利樱桃和野生中国樱桃4个类型樱桃种,以及欧洲甜樱桃与中国樱桃的种间杂交种共15个品种的基因组遗传变异进行分析。结果表明,46个随机引物均得到了稳定可重复的RAPD图谱,扩增出的DNA条带大小在100~2625bp之间,多态性位点数517个,多态性位点百分率为98.85%,每个随机引物扩增出的多态性DNA条带数在4~23条。品种间Nei遗传距离在0.166~0.479之间,平均遗传距离0.329;甜樱桃新品种‘秦樱1号’与‘秦岭玛瑙’、‘CDR-1’等10个樱桃砧木之间的遗传距离在0.248~0.376,并且根据遗传距离可以相互区分,所分析的15个樱桃品种均扩增出了特有的DNA条带,每个樱桃特有标记带在2~17个之间,共扩增出149个特有标记,据此可以进行樱桃品种及砧木的RAPD鉴定。研究认为利用RAPD技术可以在分子水平上对甜樱桃品种及其砧木进行快速鉴定。

Abstract:对6个不结球白菜品种的光合作用特性进行了研究。结果表明,在800μmol·m-2·s-1的光强下,不结球白菜的净光合速率以‘正大抗热青3号’最高,达16.37μmol CO2·m-2·s-1,其光合作用表观量子效率、羧化效率和水分利用效率也最高,分别为0.0442、0.0854mol·m-2·s-1和6.20μmol CO2·mmol-1H2O;暗呼吸速率以‘绿星’最低,为2.24μmol CO2·m-2·s-1;Pn-PFD响应曲线显示,在光强300μmol·m-2·s-1以下,各品种的净光合速率差异较小,在光强为300~1000μmol·m-2·s-1区段时,净光合速率随着光照强度增加而迅速增加。‘正大抗热青3号’光饱和点最高,达1910.3μmol·m-2·s-1,其光饱和点的净光合速率也最高,达20.2μmol CO2·m-2·s-1;不结球白菜不同品种净光合速率日变化进程相似,不论数值高低均呈双峰曲线型,有明显的“午休”现象。

Abstract:以2个耐盐性不同的番茄品种为材料,研究了外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)处理对100mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下番茄幼苗生长和光合作用的影响。结果表明:外源NO能使盐胁迫下的番茄幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)升高,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)下降,叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo和T1/2增高,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量升高。可见,外源NO有利于番茄幼苗对光能的捕获和转换,促进番茄的生长,降低盐胁迫对番茄的抑制作用。

Abstract:采用微量点滴法和载毒叶片饲喂法测定30种药用植物乙醇提取物对粘虫3龄幼虫的触杀、胃毒以及拒食活性。结果表明,供试样品在50mg·mL-1浓度下均无明显的触杀或胃毒作用,但卡瓦胡椒和川陈皮对试虫有一定的拒食活性,其中卡瓦胡椒24h拒食中浓(AFC50)为4.12mg·mL-1,48h为9.12mg·mL-1。采用抑制菌丝生长速率法和抑制孢子萌发法测定离体杀菌活性的结果表明,供试样品在2mg·mL-1浓度下,卡瓦胡椒和厚朴对供试病原菌均有较强抑制作用。毒力测定结果表明,卡瓦胡椒对玉米大斑病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、小麦根腐病菌、油菜菌核病菌4种病原真菌菌丝生长抑制的有效中浓(EC50)分别为108、258、290、205mg·L-1,厚朴分别为208、331、345、408mg·L-1;卡瓦胡椒对玉米大斑病菌、玉米小斑病菌、烟草赤星病菌3种病原真菌抑制孢子萌发的有效中浓(EC50)分别为155、195、268mg·L-1,厚朴则分别为151、242、241mg·L-1。根据以上结果,我们认为卡瓦胡椒和厚朴的乙醇提取物具有较高的杀菌活性,其有效成分值得进一步研究。

Abstract:以南芋2号为材料,设计1/2Hoagland(H)、1/2H 10mmol·L-1CaCl2、1/2H 30%海水、1/2H 30%海水 10mmol·L-1CaCl2、1/2H 30%海水 5mmol·L-1EGTA5个处理水平,研究了Ca2 对海水胁迫下菊芋鲜重以及菊芋叶片中MDA含量、相对电导率、叶绿素含量和净光合速率(Pn)的影响,以探索Ca2 对缓解植物海水胁迫作用机制。结果表明:正常生长条件下外施10mmol·L-1Ca2 对菊芋的生长没有显著影响;在1/2H 30%海水处理下,菊芋的正常生理代谢明显受到抑制;在1/2H 30%海水 10mmol·L-1CaCl2处理下,与1/2H处理相比菊芋生物产量、叶绿素含量和Pn显著增加,与1/2H 30%海水相比菊芋生物产量、叶绿素含量和Pn显著增加,MDA含量和相对电导率显著降低。由此证明外源Ca2 可有效缓解海水胁迫所致的氧化损伤,抑制脂质过氧化作用,增加叶绿素含量,维持较高的光合速率,促进干物质积累,从而使生物产量增加。
