Abstract:分别采用5mW·mm-2He-Ne激光辐照和增强UV-B辐射(10.08kJ·m-2·d-1)及其二者组合对晋麦8号小麦幼苗进行处理,5d后测定各处理幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白、硝酸还原酶和谷氨酸脱氢酶活性的变化以分析He-Ne激光对小麦幼苗受增强UV-B损伤的修复作用.结果显示:He-Ne激光辐照可使UV-B辐射后小麦幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白含量增加,谷氨酸脱氢酶活性增强,而使硝酸还原酶活性先升高后降低.表明小麦幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白、谷氨酸脱氢酶、硝酸还原酶的变化同小麦幼苗损伤修复的能力相关,一定剂量的He-Ne激光辐照可部分修复增强UV-B对小麦幼苗氮代谢水平的辐射损伤.

Abstract:用禾谷镰刀菌粗毒素对赤霉病抗性不同的6个小麦品种(系)幼苗进行处理,在1h~10d内测定各品种(系)的MDA含量、SOD及PAL活性增率的变化.结果显示:禾谷镰刀菌粗毒素处理后,抗病和中抗品种(系)幼苗的MDA含量增率低于感病品种(系),且增加速度慢;抗病和中抗品种(系)幼苗的SOD活性在胁迫1h后迅速升高,其活性增率高于感病品种(系);抗、感品种(系)PAL活性均升高,但抗病品种(系)PAL活性增加快,且活性增率高于感病品种(系).研究表明,小麦幼苗的SOD、PAL活性增率与品种抗病性呈正相关,MDA含量增率与品种抗病性呈负相关.

Abstract:以天然盐生植物碱地肤(Kochia sieversiana)为材料,采用人工生态模拟方法对其施加0~480mmol/L的盐胁迫(摩尔比1∶1的NaCl和Na2SO4)和碱胁迫(摩尔比1∶1的NaHCO3和Na2CO3),测定了盐碱胁迫下的相对生长率(RGR)、叶绿素含量及丙二醛含量.结果表明:低浓度的盐胁迫(80mmol/L)对碱地肤的生长具有刺激作用,其在高达480mmol/L的盐胁迫或400mmol/L的碱胁迫下仍能存活并维持一定的生长,具有强抗盐性和强抗碱性;在相同盐浓度下,碱地肤受碱胁迫的伤害强度和对碱胁迫所做出的胁变反应均大于对盐胁迫.可见,碱地肤的抗盐性强于抗碱性,受碱胁迫的伤害大于盐胁迫,维持高含水量可能是碱地肤适应高强度盐碱胁迫的重要特性.

Abstract:以强筋面包小麦临优145为试验材料,于大田生产条件下研究了施用钾肥对强筋小麦叶片光合、膜脂氧化及产量特性的影响.结果显示,适量施钾能显著降低开花14d以后旗叶中超氧阴离子的产生强度和MDA含量,并显著提高旗叶的叶绿素含量、光合速率和籽粒灌浆速率,显著增加千粒重;在施钾(K2O)37.5~150.0kg/hm2范围内,随施钾量增加,各处理产量呈先上升后下降趋势且均比对照极显著增产14.5%~30.7%,各处理间产量差异显著,以施钾(K2O)112.5kg/hm2时籽粒产量最高.结果表明,中产条件下施用钾肥可显著提高强筋小麦籽粒产量,且以施钾(K2O)103.0~112.5kg/hm2为宜.

Abstract:采用PV技术对8个杨树无性系(3、6、7、8、9、10、11、12号)的水分参数ψstlp、ψssat、RWCtlp、ROWCtlp、AWC、ξmax和b值等进行了研究,并采用抗旱性指数(DI)和模糊数学反隶属函数两种方法对各个无性系的抗旱性进行了综合评价.结果显示:8个无性系的ψstlp、ψssat、ROWCtlp、ξmax、b值不同,抗旱性也存在一定的差异.其中,11、7和8号维持膨压和渗透调节的能力比其余无性系强;11号具有很强的保持最大膨压和维持低水势的能力;7~9号无性系具有较强的忍耐水分胁迫和抗脱水的能力;3和6号细胞弹性最大,主要依靠其坚硬厚实的细胞保持体内的水分.结果表明,8个无性系分为3个类群:第一类群为无性系7、8、9、11、12号,抗旱性最强;第二类群为无性系10号,抗旱性居中;第三类群为无性系3号和6号,抗旱性最弱.

Abstract:新疆乌恰县具有独特的地理环境与气候条件,蕴藏着丰富的结瘤豆科植物资源.本研究从乌恰县豆科植物根瘤中分离到40株根瘤菌,并进行唯一碳源利用、唯一氮源利用、对抗生素和染料的抗性、耐盐性、初始pH生长、生长温度范围及石蕊牛奶反应、氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶共118项生理生化性状测定.结果表明:乌恰县豆科植物根瘤菌在碳氮源利用、抗生素敏感性、对染料抗性程度等方面存在着差异.供试根瘤菌能耐受较低温度,并具有较强的耐盐、碱能力,均能在pH 6~12的YMA培养基上生长,有60%的菌株能耐受0.86mol/L的NaCl.数值分类结果表明,在84.2%的相似水平上40株供试菌株构成了4个新的表观群.第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ类群分别有8、9、3和3株菌,中心菌株分别为NWWQ73-2、NWWQ13-1、NWWQ1-2、NWWQ6-2.此外,乌恰县豆科植物根瘤菌与模式菌株的相似性较低,它们所形成的4个独立群可能有新种存在.

Abstract:马峦山地区位于广东深圳东北部,地理位置为北纬22°37′~22°39′,东经114°17′~114°22′,周围林地面积达上百平方千米.本研究对马峦山地区种子植物区系131科482属907种进行分析,结果表明:(1)表征科主要为樟科、芸香科、鼠刺科、山茶科、含羞草科、桃金娘科、五加科、桑科、藤黄科和五列木科、壳斗科、省沽油科、山矾科、安息香科、金缕梅科、杜鹃花科、买麻藤科等.(2)属的地理成分多样,以热带亚热带成分占绝对优势,热带分布、热带至亚热带分布的科、属分别占总科数的85.72%、总属数的86.67%.(3)区域特有现象明显:中国特有属5属,含6种;亚洲热带-亚热带特有属11属,含16种;东亚特有属14属.(4)马峦山种子植物区系与邻近的尖峰岭、内伶仃岛、南岭、香港、黑石顶区系比较,科的相似性指数分别是95.19%、70.19%、89.42%、95.19%和92.31%;属的相似性指数分别为87.55%、57.17%、69.20%、94.13%和72.78%.

Abstract:采用GC-MS联用技术检测了阴干的大花金挖耳花蕾中精油的化学组成及相对含量,并测定了该精油对14种常见作物病原菌的抗菌活性.结果表明,大花金挖耳花蕾精油得率为2.9%,从中鉴定出53种成分,占色谱峰总面积的86.01%,主要化学成分为(E,E)-3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,6,10,14-十六烷四烯(15.33%)、甲苯(11.32%)、(3α,5α)-3,5,14,19-四羟基强心甾-20(22)-烯(6.00%)、2-乙氧基四氢呋喃(5.44%)、亚油酸(3.51%)等.杀菌实验结果表明,该精油对小麦全蚀病菌(Gaeumannomyces gramims)和小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)抑制作用最强,在0.5 mg/mL浓度下,5 d后对这2种病菌菌丝生长的抑制率均大于97%;对小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)和番茄叶霉病菌(Fulvia fulva)等也有较强的抑制效果.大花金挖耳花蕾精油的化学组成及其杀菌活性研究均为首次报道.

Abstract:为研究砂地柏杀虫化学成分特征,采用活性示踪法,从砂地柏果实乙醇提取物中分离鉴定出6种萜烯类化合物:4-表-松香醛(1)、7,13-松香二烯-3-酮(2)、4-表-松香醇(3)、日本扁柏酮(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)和豆甾醇(6),其中日本扁柏酮是从砂地柏中首次分离得到.以砂地柏中另2种主要杀虫活性成分鬼臼毒素和脱氧鬼臼毒素为对照品,采用小叶碟添加法和浸叶法分别测试了上述化合物对粘虫(Mythimna separata)幼虫的拒食活性和对菜青虫(Pieris rapae)的毒杀活性.结果表明,2种木脂素类化合物鬼臼毒素和脱氧鬼臼毒素的活性高于本研究得到的6种化合物,其中4种二萜类化合物的活性高于2种甾醇三萜类化合物;4种二萜类化合物的活性差异较大,其中4-表-松香醇和7,13-松香二烯-3-酮对粘虫幼虫的拒食活性较高,其48 h AFC50分别为2.92和3.02mg·mL-1,7,13-松香二烯-3-酮对菜青虫毒杀活性较高,其48h LC50为3.40mg·mL-1.所得到的4-表-松香醇和日本扁柏酮2种化合物的杀虫活性为首次报道.

Abstract:以‘秦光2号'油桃为材料,研究了5个采收成熟度油桃果实在冷藏过程中呼吸速率、硬度、可溶性固形物含量(SSC)、可滴定酸含量(TA)的变化.结果表明:(1)冷藏过程中,完熟果实(第V成熟度)在贮藏15 d后最先到达呼吸高峰,未成熟果实(第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ成熟度)则成熟度越低呼吸高峰出现的越早,且峰值越高.(2)冷藏过程中,果实硬度和TA逐渐下降,不同成熟度果实硬度变化除第Ⅲ成熟度和第Ⅳ成熟度之间差异不显著外,其余成熟度间均有显著差异(P<0.05);不同成熟度果实在贮藏前期TA差异显著,但后期差异不显著;SSC在贮藏过程中表现出先升高后下降趋势.(3)在冷藏条件下,成熟度越低的果实对低温的敏感性越高,越易发生冷害.(4)第Ⅳ成熟度果实(果实底色呈乳白色,SSC 11.4%,硬度7.3 kg·cm^-2)在冷藏期间呼吸高峰出现时间晚,能保持相对较高的果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量,贮藏后货架期好果率高,贮藏效果佳,为最适宜的采收成熟度.

Abstract:采用2个BAU-9403剂量,4种处理方式对4个基因型小麦的主茎叶片进行处理,通过检测各处理分蘖穗的雄性不育性及其叶片的光合特性,探讨BAU-9403的吸收和转运效果.结果表明:(1)小麦主茎叶涂施BAU-9403后,不仅诱导主茎穗雄性不育,且可吸收转运到分蘖穗产生雄性不育;(2)分蘖叶叶色变淡,叶绿素含量较CK低,较主茎叶高,差异均显著;(3)主茎叶和分蘖叶的净光合速率分别为7.89和8.87μmol CO2·m-2·s-1,均比CK(10.45μmol CO2·m-2·s-1)低,主茎叶与CK差异显著(T=2.447);(4)分蘖穗不育度因基因型敏感性、处理方式和剂量的不同而异.说明BAU-9403处理小麦后可吸收转运到未处理部位产生效果.对反应敏感的基因型,使用较大剂量和增大处理面积利于BAU-9403的吸收转运,但对植株会有一定程度的损伤,对光合性能产生不利影响.
