Abstract:以高、中、低纤维比强度棉花品种科棉1号、美棉33B、苏棉15号和德夏棉1号为材料,研究与棉纤维加厚发育密切相关的可溶性糖、蔗糖和-β1,3-葡聚糖含量动态变化特性及其对纤维比强度形成的影响.结果显示,与中、低强纤维品种相比,高强纤维品种棉花铃龄为10 d时纤维可溶性糖、蔗糖含量高,全铃期内其转化率高且转化彻底,铃龄为24~31 d期间蔗糖累积量高;纤维加厚发育起始期的-β1,3-葡聚糖含量峰值高,其中后期转化迅速而彻底.高强纤维品种棉纤维中可溶性糖、蔗糖和-β1,3-葡聚糖含量动态变化特性利于纤维素累积特性的优化,即快速累积期长、累积速率平缓,易形成高强纤维.研究表明,在物质变化水平上,可溶性糖、蔗糖和β-1,3-葡聚糖含量动态变化特性影响到棉纤维素累积特性,是导致棉纤维比强度品种差异的重要原因.

Abstract:以优质强筋小麦品种‘济麦20’为供试材料,研究了不同氮肥基追比(基肥:追肥为1:1、1:2、1:5)和灌浆中期高温胁迫对小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响.结果显示,灌浆中期高温胁迫处理能显著降低小麦千粒重、籽粒产量以及籽粒的淀粉含量、支链淀粉含量、支链淀粉/直链淀粉比例,峰值粘度、稀懈值、最终粘度也相应降低,而籽粒蛋白质含量相应提高,导致淀粉品质变劣而面团的流变学特性得以改善;在基追比例1:1的基础上增大拔节期氮素追施比例,能显著提高小麦常温和高温胁迫下籽粒产量,缓解高温胁迫对小麦千粒重和籽粒产量的不良影响,而对小麦籽粒面团流变学特性及面粉的粘度指标影响甚微.研究表明,适当提高拔节期氮肥追施比例可有效减缓灌浆中期高温胁迫对小麦产量的负面影响,但对小麦籽粒品质影响较小.

Abstract:以玉米幼苗为材料,在20%PEG模拟干旱条件下,研究了植物生长物质冠菌素0.001~1.0μmol?L-1处理时叶片水分状况及其脯氨酸、可溶性糖、MDA含量及抗氧化酶活性.实验表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,低浓度(0.01μmol?L-1)的冠菌素处理能显著降低干旱胁迫下叶片水势,并显著提高玉米幼苗叶片相对含水量、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸的含量;同时能显著提高玉米叶片中POD、CAT和APX的活性(分别比对照高32.1%、13.8%和29.5%),而对SOD和GR的活性无显著影响;此时叶片中MDA的含量显著比对照降低11.6%,能够在一定程度上维持细胞膜的完整性.高浓度冠菌素处理(1.0μmol?L-1)下各指标的变化趋势则相反.结果证明,低浓度冠菌素(0.01μmol?L-1)能增强玉米幼苗耐干旱胁迫的能力.

Abstract:利用1982年至2003年NASAGIMMS逐月归一化植被指数(NDVI)数据集和玛曲县气温、降水资料,对玛曲县近22年来NDVI变化和气候变化特征及其相互关系进行分析,以揭示黄河上游地区植被对全球变暖的区域响应.结果表明:(1)玛曲县植被变化在不同时段表现出较大差异,NDVI年际变化略有增加.(2)夏季是NDVI增长最快的季节,春季NDVI在20世纪90年代后期到本世纪初呈下降趋势,秋、冬季NDVI呈下降趋势.(3)返青期和NDVI值在春季达到同一水平值的时间及夏季达到峰值的时间逐年提前,说明生长季提前是该地区植被对全球变暖的主要响应表现.(4)玛曲县近22年来植被的NDVI变化在中等盖度水平(0.3~0.5)呈增加趋势,高盖度水平(≥0.7)的植被呈下降趋势,而在年代间变化水平上,气温和降水对植被生长都有影响,其中气温要比降水更显著;玛曲县降水和气温在季节尺度上对NDVI的影响不明显,除夏季气温与夏季NDVI关系密切之外,其他季节的关系均不明显.(5)按植被变化特点,将NDVI变化斜率最大值0.005定义为返青期指标,发现该地区牧草返青期的变化主要受温度条件影响,随气候变暖,返青期提前,其变化规律为4~5月份平均气温每10年升高0.6℃,返青期每10年提前3 d.

Abstract:以京丰1号甘蓝品种为试验材料,通过田间小区试验研究了不同氮肥用量对甘蓝产量、品质以及土壤NO3--N含量的影响.结果表明,(1)随着施氮量的增加,甘蓝产量呈先升高后降低趋势,并于施氮量为185.14 kg/hm2时产量最高(25.86 kg/8.4 m2).(2)随着施氮量的增加,甘蓝的NO3--N含量明显增加,而Vc和可溶性糖含量则逐渐下降,并且残留在土壤中的NO3--N含量持续增加.因此,为达到优质高产并同时保持土壤的可持续利用和提高氮肥利用率,在生产实践中甘蓝适宜氮肥施用量为185.14 kg/hm2.
