Abstract:以银腺杨、毛新杨和银毛杨为材料,采用定期授粉观察以及联苯胺-过氧化氢染色等方法,对白杨派树种雌蕊柱头可授性进行了研究,结果表明:在温室水培条件下,白杨树种雌蕊柱头的可授期一般在1~3 d内,其中毛新杨雌蕊柱头可授期比银腺杨和银毛杨相对短些.但3个树种进入最佳授粉时期时的柱头开裂角度约为180°,此时柱头发亮且表面有大量分泌物存在;在适宜授粉时期内,用联苯胺-过氧化氢染色后柱头变蓝,并有气泡产生。在育种实践中,可根据柱头形态以及联苯胺-过氧化氢染色后柱头颜色变化和气泡产生情况及时判别有关白杨派树种最佳授粉时期。

Abstract:根据对中国野生葡萄华东葡萄株系白河-35-1在白粉病诱导下构建的cDNA文库中获得的1条EST序列设计特异引物,以总RNA逆转录产物为模板,进行SMART-RACE扩增。结合生物信息学方法对所获的序列进行开放阅读框、序列同源性分析,并预测了蛋白质的理化性质、信号肽、酶与非酶分析、亚细胞定位以及蛋白质二级结构。结果表明,获得的中国野生葡萄新基因的全长序列为854 bp,其开放阅读框为585 bp,5′非编码区为107 bp,3′非编码区为162 bp;同源性比对表明该新基因推导的氨基酸序列与拟南芥RNA结合蛋白和水稻推定的半乳糖基转移酶的同源性分别为55%和63%,第8~82位氨基酸序列与RNA识别基序相类似,是一个典型的结构功能域;推导该基因表达产物为相对分子质量为21 801.27、等电点为6.86的不稳定蛋白,定位于细胞核,不包含信号肽,二级结构主要是无规则卷曲。

Abstract:采用营养液栽培,以根际低氧耐性不同的2个黄瓜品种为试验材料,研究了Ca2 对根际低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长和叶片荧光特性的影响。结果表明:(1)根际低氧胁迫下,黄瓜植株根长、根表面积和根尖数减少,但根径有所增大;叶片干重、鲜重和叶面积显著减小,提高营养液钙浓度可使植株叶片干、鲜重和叶面积得到部分恢复。(2)根际低氧胁迫下,叶片光合色素含量降低,提高营养液钙浓度对色素含量无明显影响。(3)根际低氧胁迫下,常钙和高钙处理黄瓜叶片Fv/Fm与通气常钙(CK)无显著差异,但低氧缺钙处理的Fv/Fm显著降低;与通气常钙相比,根际低氧胁迫处理的光化学猝灭(qP)减小、非光化学猝灭(qN)增大、光合功能相对限制值(L(PFD))升高,提高营养液钙浓度可使qP和qN恢复至近对照水平,而使L(PFD)低于对照,且‘绿霸春四号’黄瓜品种表现得更为突出;根际低氧胁迫下,光化学速率(Prate)减小,天线热耗散速率(Drate)都随钙浓度升高而降低。总之,根际低氧胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长被显著抑制,PSⅡ反应中心受到一定程度的破坏,提高钙浓度可使PSII反应中心恢复至接近甚至高于通气对照的水平,从而有效缓解根际低氧胁迫对黄瓜幼苗造成的伤害。

Abstract:通过伤害处理和外施诱导子——水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJa)和乙烯利(Ethrel)以及伤害和诱导子复合处理,研究不同处理对喜树中喜树碱(camptothein,CPT)含量的影响。结果表明:(1)4种单独诱导处理均能在一定程度上增强喜树碱的合成,其中水杨酸处理和机械伤害诱导效果最明显,较对照组的喜树碱含量分别提高了47.7%和27.2%,而机械伤害和诱导子复合处理均产生拮抗作用,喜树碱含量降低;(2)诱导作用受诱导剂浓度的影响,SA、MeJa和Ethrel的适宜质量浓度分别为50~100 mg.L-1、5~10 mg.L-1和5~10 mg.L-1。

Abstract:应用主成分分析方法研究了阿拉善荒漠区白沙蒿飞播区土壤因子和白沙蒿生长状况,阐明了土壤性质的主要限制性因子和群落生长最主要的状况指标。结果表明:(1)各个土壤因子中,6月的土壤含水量是各土壤性质中最重要的因子,贡献率达到63.6%。土壤的分形维数也对土壤性质有重要作用,贡献率为8.8%。土壤中N、P、K含量的贡献率分别为5.4%、3.5%、3.5%,也是不容忽视的影响因子。(2)地上生物量最能反映植株的生长状况,其贡献率达到60.1%,而且和几种最主要的土壤因子都有极高的相关性。(3)对土壤因子的第一和第二主成分的排序结果显示,不同白沙蒿种群密度分为3个类型,而种群密度在2.1株/m2时,种群生长状况最佳。

Abstract:对河西走廊荒漠植物的群落类型、盖度、密度、重要值、地上生物量等进行了调查,收集整理各区域的气候资料,对它们的关系进行了初步研究。结果显示:(1)物种种类组成、总密度与海拔、经度呈正相关,与纬度呈负相关,在走廊的东南→西北方向上呈递减趋势。(2)在活动积温(>10℃)>3 200℃的荒漠地区,灌木(包括半灌木)在群落中占有绝对优势,其重要值可达到100;当活动积温在3 000℃左右时,群落往往是一些过渡类型,或以草本为优势种、以半灌木或灌木为伴生种,或以半灌木为优势种、以多年生草本为伴生种。(3)在年降水量110 mm以上的荒漠地区,植物群落生活型主要为半灌木或多年生草本;在年降水量110 mm以下的地区,生活型主要为小灌木或一年生草本;在年降水量小于50 mm的极端干旱地区,只有在雨季时有一年生草本生长。表明荒漠生态系统植被稀疏,生物量小,对气候因子,特别是降水变化敏感,对其保育显得尤为重要。

Abstract:采用正交实验设计(L934)用MS、White和改良MS培养基,分别加入不同质量浓度的玉米素(ZT)、6-苄基氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、异戊烯基腺嘌呤(2-ip)进行苦参组培快繁技术体系研究。结果表明,以苦参种子萌发的幼苗为外植体效果较好。3种基本培养基对诱导芽增殖效果差异不显著;在基本培养基中分别加入6-BA、2-ip和ZT诱导芽增殖,但3种细胞分裂素之间差异不显著。培养基中含2 mg/L 6-BA(或ZT或2ip)增殖效果最好,其次是3mg/L的细胞分裂素;以改良MS 2 mg/L 6-BA是苦参较好的增殖培养基;组培苗在1/2 MS 1.5 mg/L IBA培养基上根诱导效果最好(98%),移栽到珍珠岩 蛭石基质(1∶1)中成活率最高(96%)。
