Abstract:选用弱筋小麦品种‘豫麦50’为材料,通过大田试验研究了较高供氮水平下(施纯氮330 kg/hm2)施用低量(S 20 kg/hm2)、中量(S 60 kg/hm2)和高量(S 100 kg/hm2)硫肥对小麦籽粒灌浆特性和产量的影响.结果显示,不同施硫处理的小麦籽粒灌浆进程均“呈慢—快—慢”的S型曲线,拟合的Logistic方程决定系数均大于0.993 2,并达到极显著水平;灌浆持续期(T)、渐增期平均灌浆速率(V1),快增期和缓增期持续期(T2、T3)、灌浆期各阶段干物质积累量(m1、m2、m3)和理论最大千粒重(K)均随施硫量增加而提高,并以中硫处理的各项灌浆参数表现较优;中硫处理的千粒重(46.47 g)和籽粒产量(7 416.0 kg/hm2)显著高于低硫处理,极显著高于对照(不施硫)和高硫处理.表明在当前较高施氮水平下,每公顷施纯硫60 kg可有效改善小麦灌浆特性,显著提高籽粒产量.

Abstract:以2个辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)自交系子叶诱导产生的愈伤组织为材料,辣椒枯萎菌粗毒素为选择剂,筛选抗枯萎病辣椒新种质.结果表明,枯萎菌粗毒素对辣椒子叶愈伤组织诱导、生长及不定芽分化具有明显的抑制作用,且随着粗毒素浓度的增加,抑制作用增强;在枯萎菌粗毒素质量浓度为0.60 g·L-1条件下,筛选、鉴定并获得了抗枯萎病辣椒体细胞变异无性系,且成功再生抗性植株.从而证明,离体筛选抗枯萎病辣椒新种质的方法是可行的.

Abstract:研究了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测中草药黄精中阿维菌素残留量.以丙酮为提取溶剂,经酸性氧化铝柱层析净化,用紫外检测器(UVD)在245 nm处进行检测,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为85∶15),流速为1 mL/min.结果表明:阿维菌素在质量浓度为0.01~200μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,该方法添加回收率为87.74%~103.47%,变异系数为1.73%~4.43%,检出限为0.01 mg/kg.符合阿维菌素残留的检测要求.

Abstract:以常温(25℃)和低温(4℃)贮藏的迎庆桃果实为试验材料,对其果实硬度、呼吸强度进行了测定,并对微粒体膜Ca^2+-ATPase、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、氧自由基变化和膜的伤害程度进行了研究.结果表明,随桃果实衰老,常温贮藏的果实硬度迅速下降、微粒体膜上的Ca^2+-ATPase活性、SOD活性和O2-产生速率均呈跃变式变化,先升高后降低;膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量逐渐增加;与常温相比,低温可以抑制果实硬度的下降、呼吸速率、Ca^2+-ATPase和SOD活性的下降及推迟峰值的出现,同时降低O2^-产生速率和MDA含量.以上结果表明,桃果实衰老与细胞质内Ca^2+稳态的破坏和膜脂过氧化作用的加强有密切关系.

Abstract:以引进日本的设施栽培专用耐盐茄子品种Torvum Vigor为砧木,栽培品种苏崎茄为接穗,通过营养液栽培对80 mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下茄子嫁接苗和自根苗的生长和离子分布进行了比较.结果表明,(1)NaCl胁迫下嫁接苗茎伸长受抑制程度显著低于自根苗,嫁接苗根部生长旺盛;(2)嫁接苗根部贮存一定量的Na 、Cl-,地上部除叶柄外各部位Na 、Cl-含量均显著低于自根苗;(3)NaCl胁迫后嫁接苗在幼叶和根部保持较高K /Na 和Ca2 /Na 值;(4)嫁接苗根部选择吸收SK,Na、SCa,Na值和幼叶选择运输SK,Na、SCa,Na值均显著高于自根苗.因此,嫁接茄子因根部Na 、Cl-的贮存,减轻了地上部的盐离子毒害,而且K 和Ca2 在幼叶和根部的特异积累使其K /Na 值和Ca2 /Na 值提高,从而增强了耐盐性.

Abstract:采用营养液水培方法,研究了叶面喷施亚精胺(Spd)对黄瓜幼苗生长和可溶性蛋白的影响.结果表明,外源Spd可使盐胁迫黄瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、根长和根表面积显著增加,可溶性蛋白含量明显提高,部分可溶性蛋白的表达量减弱;而对正常生长条件下黄瓜幼苗各生长指标无明显影响,但显著提高了根系中可溶性蛋白的含量.随着Spd处理时间的延续,盐胁迫幼苗至少有7种分子量分别约为67、61.5、50、47、43、29和16 kD的可溶性蛋白表达量发生明显变化,尤其使61.5、47和43 kD蛋白表达量明显减弱,50 kD蛋白甚至消失,这4种蛋白可能与外源Spd缓解黄瓜幼苗盐胁迫伤害效应关系密切.

Abstract:对生长在青藏高原东部隶属于23科、49属的71种高山植物(包括多年生和一年生植物)的稳定碳同位素比值、氮含量以及碳/氮比率进行了分析,并以稳定碳同位素比值及碳/氮比率来分别指示植物的水分利用效率和氮素利用效率.结果表明:(1)多年生植物稳定碳同位素比值显著高于一生年植物,而碳/氮比率显著低于一年生植物(P<0.01),氮含量两者无显著性差异.(2)多年生植物和一年生植物的稳定碳同位素比值均与碳/氮比率呈显著负相关(-0.643**和-0.707),而与氮含量均无明显相关性.研究证实,在自然条件下多年生植物的水分利用效率比一年生植物更高,而氮素利用效率却更低;高山植物水分利用效率和氮素利用效率存在明显的权衡",即植物不能同时提高水分利用效率和氮素利用效率,高水分利用效率的代价是降低氮素利用效率,青藏高原不同植物即使在相同环境条件下具有不同适应对策.
