Abstract:
Thirty-two endophytic fungal strains were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of wild Cymbidium goeringii by flat-panel separation.Agar block method was used to obtain the strain for antimicrobial activity screening. The results showed that four endophytic fungi (12.50% of the total strains isolated) had inhibitory activities to the test strains. We found a strong inhibitory activity of endophytic fungus.Morphological observation indicates that the strain belongs to Mycelia sterlia.
