Clarifying the variable law and regulating mechanisms of hormones level in rice seed can provide pivotal messages for crop breeding and agricultural production.We mainly summarized the variation trends of hormones (IAA,GA₁₊₄,Z,ZR,iPA,ABA,ETH) contents in grains under different conditions,and their physiological controlling effects on rice grain yield and quality.Furthermore,future research focus in the field was discussed.
